Yesterday I had my card for my 1st purchase. Immediately when I entered I felt at ease and everyone was all smiles with... hellos and how are you today. Best experience ever. It was my first time coming into a dispensary, I had picked out what I wanted to buy online. I live 40 minutes away and... had accidentally forgotten my driver’s license. The woman I spoke to first was kind and helpful. I told her it was my first time and I had apologized about forgetting my license. She told me to wait a moment so someone else could assist me. The second woman I spoke to was plain rude, demeaning, and spoke to me like I was doing something wrong because I had forgotten my license at home. She said, “They don’t sell you alcohol without an I.D. Do you really think that I would sell you weed without one? I’m cancelling your online order, the answer is no.” She spoke to me like a child. Be respectful to your customers and polite.read more

I got my card accepted today and was very excited for my 1st purchase, and i was nervous as well. I walked in to get... started and was greeted by an awesome front desk receptionist who gave me a good impression on the vibes there. It didn't take long at all for me to be able to go pick up my order and i was greeted with smiles and hello's in all directions, it was a good environment and an easy going process that was in and out no problem. And they were also knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I'm very excited to be able to have this dispensary in my town and i love the products.read more

Gave an out of state owned dispensary a chance just because it was close to home. Big mistake, I’ll keep going to a... locally owned spot. I placed an online order only to be told you have to wait until they’ve let the other walk in shoppers mosey around the store for 30 minutes each. Why not have a pickup like every other dispensary on the planet? Absolutely no point in using your out of date online system if I still have to wait an hour after getting there because you can’t staff appropriately either. Management is definitely green.read more

Awesome staff. Fair prices. In store purchase was smooth no issues. Online was a bit of a hassle but finally worked.... This business is new to the community so it's still working out bugs in system. Do have an ATM on site. Product quality is nice.read more

Another dispensary owned by someone from out of state intending to bank on locals at the tune of 70$ an 8th. Wasn't... impressed with what I tried from another location, that's to say nothing stood out as being fire. I'll be impressed if this location is at least staffed by locals, but I doubt it. Do yourself a favor and grow your own.Update: While this place did hire locals, they hired the biggest gossiper's in the region. Employees going around saying they get to purchase products for 1$ while everyone else pays a premium is off-putting. If your medical privacy is something you value, avoid this place. From the Gabby employees to the big windows that allow everyone driving by on the main street to see who is inside and waiting. I dropped this rating from a 2 star to a 1.read more

Is zero stars an option?? This was my first time going into the Bloom Medicinals dispensary, and it will be a one and... done experience for me. Receptionists were very snippy and made it feel like it was an inconvenience for me to come into their store. Not very welcoming at all, and it was hard to hear them through their speaker system. After getting through their secured doors to the showroom, I wasn't greeted until I walked across the room and stood in front of one of the four employees behind the showcase. No one offered me any information on the different products shown in the showcases. Only one employee engaged with me through my entire visit. Everyone was behind the counter on stools didn't show me anything but a piece of paper. He mentioned since I was a new patient I would be receiving a discount (everyone loves discounts) BUT proceeded to show me a certain item I could add to my order and get it at a super discounted price (that was not the case at all). From me placing my order, collecting product, and checking out my order, only one of four employees engaged in conversation. When I was done the lady pointed and said, "their's the exit." Overall, this experience made me feel super anxious, unwelcome, and it was very uninformative and misleading with pricing and discounts.read more
