I consider this the best dispensary in the area. Daniel my bBud tender was very knowledgeable and friendly and he guided me through everything.Also they have the best veterans discount in the area 25% off! For somebody that served this country and is in pain every day that really helps me afford my medicine!

I love coming here! Michael is awesome, so is Jay. I wish I knew everyone’s name I would give them all a shout out(the one with the heart shaped glasses is super cool) they’re always knowledgeable and ALWAYS super good atmosphere inside! I love coming here so much as a customer and enjoy the people so much I’ve even been waiting to see if they have any worker openings. 12/10, highly highly recommend!!!

A lot more of a selection when it comes to extract at decent prices! Only downside to this dispensary is if you place an order & the item you order is out of stock, they will call you once & if you miss the call you, good luck getting back ahold of anyone at the store no matter how many times try to call them back. Besides that Bloom is definitely one of the places to check out for a vast array of extract selections compared to most around!
I have been to this dispensary on three occasions since weed was legalized for recreational use. The three bud sales people were all very patient and knowledgeable about the various strains in vapes and edibles. I find the prices here are competitive with other dispensaries in this area. As a veteran I really appreciate the discount that is offered here. Pleasant sales experience, excellent varieties,fair prices. Count me as a very satisfied customer!!
Last night was my first time going to this dispensary. Normally I go to the ones that are closer to me, but I was in need of two specific strains that weren’t available closer to me, but that bloom did happen to have. I wasn’t exactly excited about my visit because of the 25 minute drive to the dispensary. However, from the first interaction with the security guard to the moment I walked out the door my experience was absolutely stellar! When I walked in, the guard was very polite and we made conversation as he added me into the system which took a few minutes. I was quickly let into the back where I waited in line for maybe a minute and then was greeted with a smile. I had placed and online order which was quickly retrieved. During the entire interaction the bud tender and I were making conversation, mostly about my chosen strains, one of which was only available as a concentrate which is fine. When I asked my bud tender if they happen to have any *glass* nectar collectors he wasn’t sure so he asked the other bud tender that was there. Both of them went to work trying to find me a glass nectar collector because they weren’t readily available. This took a good 3-4 minute. They not once made me feel like I was a burden or rushed even when there was another patient in line. I genuinely felt like I was shopping from and talking with good friends. I walked out with a smile on my face and looking forward to my next visit. The 25 minute drive was well worth it, both for my medicinal needs as well as my “feel good”needs ☺️☺️I unfortunately failed to catch their names but according to my receipt I have Agent # 14596 and the bud tender working alongside him on the night of February 25th to thank for the great experience!***Also important to note that this is the first dispensary since medicinal became legal to actually have glass nectar collectors!!!! No need for a second stop will always won major happy brownie points with this gal!! 😍***
They really need to figure out a way to allow medical patients to get the medical patient discount. Medical patients should not have to pay the same as recreational. Other dispensaries allow medical discounts. Colorado and California offer medical discounts to medical patients. The also change their deals rapidly. It’s not consistent every single week which makes it harder for those to plan and doesn’t benefit the customer. Their store hours change very often as well making it again hard to plan when it used to be open until a certain time but then changes.Other than that (and one specific girl who wasn’t as pleasant) the products aren’t bad and have a good variety of things to choose from depending on what your needs/wants are.
Bloom has been the only dispensary I used for my medical needs for a year, due to convenience and skilled care of staff. The staff are amazing.But the company refuses to protect worker rights with union contracts. I cannot continue to support a business that claims to focus on health and care, but also denies its staff’s needs in such a profound way. It breaks my heart to know a staff member—who always made me feel safe, welcome, and cared for—was denied bereavement leave and missed their chance to say goodbye to a dying parent.The company has been misleading to its staff and misleading to its patients, who believed the company was safe and welcoming.Fix your company. Protect your workers. I don’t feel protected as a patient if your staff don’t have needed protections.
The employees at Bloom Medicinals, are just fantastic. I truly, just love every one of them. First they are EXTREMELY, knowledgeable, helpful, non judgemental, and always kind. They, not only remember you, but they take the time to really get to know you. They have taught me so much, with their help I am learning what truly helps the symptoms, of my condition. The products are great, and spot on, for my needs. When placing, an on- line order, for the drive thru, yep, they are very, conveniently, located AND have a drive thru. Anyway, my order is ready in minutes. Every single time! I Love, these hardworking, Bud tenders. Love this place, love the quick, yet knowledgeable service. Not once have they ever rushed me. Bloom medicinals is by far the best dispensary I’ve been to in missouri, always friendly helpful very knowledgeable in the product, and always has amazing deals throughout the entire store! Today my bud tender was Amber and she was so amazing, Gabi also helped me upfront before entering and she also was very nice and welcoming!
First (and last) time going. It was a fine experience, but I prefer the atmosphere and experience at other dispensaries. And after reading some of these reviews...it has me second guessing what businesses to support as well. Something seems suspicious here.
multiple of the five star reviews are from actual bloom employees or their union reps who all have a vested interest in bloom doing well 🙃. yikes. don’t shop here y’all - they do not respect their employees and discriminate against them. A horrible business in general with culture started from the top. Managers don’t notify corporate when other employees discriminate against marginalized people. If you are a marginalized person I’d recommend giving your money to natures medicines since they employ a lot of queer and marginalized people and treat them well or luxury leaf since it is black woman owned because you are not safe to shop at bloom medicinals.
Friendly staff, decent prices, and great location for me. They could not show any support for Independence day though, not one American flag in the whole place. Still has pride flags up though. Place puts flags up for a minority of people for over a month but won't for all America, for even one weekend. They also advertised a discount for 3 days, but they were out on the first day. Very bait and switch method of sales and also false advertising when they don't take it down after the first day.
Great dispensary! I’ve been here several times and have had knowledgeable and friendly bud tenders every time. So far Courtney, Ryan, and Amanda have all waited on me. The check in process went smoothly, and was short and sweet. Love checked me in and was very friendly! They have great discounts. I’ll definitely continue to come back!
What a great dispensary! The staff really shines from the moment you walk back and see them. Kelly, Amanda, Ryan, and Courtney have become 4 of my favorite people to help guide me through cannabis. All 4 are rockstars and make everyone feel welcomed at the start and satisfied by the end. Rachel and Love are always kind faces when I come in too. I frequently shop the O’fallon Bloom location and have always had a good experience until today. I spend my fair share of money at this location and would consider myself a consistent customer. I live paycheck to paycheck and simply needed to buy some wraps to get me through until my next pay period. Consistently among the best prices (if not the best) in the Saint Louis area. Unbelievable amd the best veteran discounts of any dispensary--this is even in addition to any sales they already have. Depending on which dispensary prices you look at (competitors)--I purchased about $135-150 worth of flower for about $89.A bit of a drive for me. I love my local dispensary, but if I am buying a couple or few products, this is where I'll always try to go.
Sure the price is right, but this company does not care at all about their patients or staff. Competitive pricing aside, the staff is what causes patient retention. The staff here poured their blood, sweat, and tears into opening this location, only to be lied to, bullied, verbally assaulted by HR, underdeveloped, unappreciated, and now with adult use around the bend, political abuse to patients and staff. You cannot buy people's morals and ethics. Period.If you wonder why morale is so low, look around at the quality of the building, the paint job, holes in the show room ceiling, paint splatters everywhere, wood paneling and lettering falling off the walls...Now imagine how the staff gets treated.Shame on Bloom, the people deserve better.
Super nice people. I did not know they existed until one day I stopped by AutoZone and seen the sign. Wish I would of seen it earlier. I have been to all of them and this is one of my favorites. I find they have some inexpensive, but quality products. They give veterans a great discount!
4th dispensary I’ve been in the area and this one is up there with the best. The inside is very nice and calming with waiting chairs. Took a while to sign up when going inside for the first time but it was worth it. They gave me 20% off for first time customer. They have a wide selection of stuff and assisted me with all my questions. Will definitely be returning.

This is definitely my favorite dispensary. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The menu selection is always good and the online ordering process is easy. The staff are always helpful when I have questions and they are also patient. This is a good dispensary. My only complaint is that their corporate ownership doesn’t allow patients to tip the budtenders.
Great staff very friendly and informative. I have been checking out different stores and trying to see which one I like the most. This is the only store where there I can’t tip my budtender. Please install tip jars for your employees, they deserve them.
The drive thru is such a smooth, fast, and easy way to pick up orders, I love the convenience.But even more, I love the professional but friendly staff, who always successfully make me feel welcomed and relaxed—not an easy achievement for someone with severe anxiety. They’re knowledgeable and kind, and I only wish there were a way to thank them for this personable service. I’ve tried tipping, but that is not allowed. I would feel better knowing there were some meaningful way to thank them for their hard work in a service industry that could easily lose that personal effect. So, I leave this review as a ‘thank you’ that still feels insufficient. If our society ran on an economy of words, it might mean more.
I've been here twice both times were great. The staff is very helpful, and very knowledgeable. My bud tender Amanda was super kind and friendly and I wanted to leave a tip but unfortunately this location doesent allow this? So let's change that because they deserve tips! They rock at what they do.
I've been to every dispensary within the St Charles area. The experience I have had here by far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan. He was very helpful to find the product that would work best for my needs. The facility is clean and the ladies up front are incredibly friendly. The sign in process was a breeze I'm happy to say that I finally found my go to for my medicine!
