Brandi was a life saver! I am on a very limited income so I pick out what I want online screenshot it then take that in... and then they get it for me. This time they were out of the quantity I needed. I could get it in smaller bags at a higher rate of course...NOT!!! Today was not a good day. Always been my place to go nice kids that work there but left super upset today. Bought a... couple or carts couple of weeks ago finished one and went to use the other completely clogged and doesn't work. Tried heating up taking the tip off nothing. Went in 3 times and consistently was told they couldn't help me. Went in during the day and was helped by a girl looked in the system which one it was when purchased EVERYTHING and went to get a manager to fix. She came out and was rude about the whole deal and wouldn't help because I didn't have my receipt. It is medical EVERYTHING is in the computer per the state... I didn't want money back just an exchange not $70 down the toilet. Said this is ridiculous and started walking out. She then Extremely rude yells out " you have a nice day" like a complete ahole. If that is how you treat your customers I won't be back.read more

I love the Farmington, MO dispensary. It is always clean and organized. Employees are always friendly. Ashley helped me... within a minute from the time I walked through the door. I never know what to ask for as far as what will give me energy or what will help me relax and let me sleep. She is very knowledgeable and explained the difference, and then helped me pick out exactly what I needed/wanted. She had a big smile the entire time that she was helping me. You have to update your hours on the google site, your own freaking website and on your answering machine. I don’t typically support a corporation over a local business, but the bloc hooked me from the beginning with their... friendly customer service and knowledge about the product. The prices also quickly became competitive with the valley. But what the valley has that a corporate Bloc could never, is their efficient, helpful, and friendly staff. They have camaraderie, and clearly help each other regularly wherever help is needed. During the first 6 months or so at Bloc, I saw so many similar faces, such as Elaine, Autumn, and Sierra. They always addressed me by name and even remembered my preferences when I came in!!! I’m now under the impression none of them work there, and I don’t recognize anyone really except for security guards. I’ve also heard from other customers that a man with blue hair was always very short with them and would clearly just recommended random things that weren’t beneficial for the intended needs. Like pushing a full sativa on someone that has severe anxiety. Needless to say, bloc made a big mistake letting such great employees go and will definitely lose me as a customer. Loyalty is key, so I’d rather pay more to the valley or travel up north a bit, than to give money to a corporation that doesn’t value good employees.read more

I would give five stars but today was only my first visit. I will look for consistency, however I'm sure it will not be... a problem. When I walked in I was just floored. Security was super nice and very respectful as well as the bud-tender. But the best part is well.....not really the best part because it keeps getting better! The Bloc dispensary is Definitely the one for me!!!!!! After a couple more visits I'm sure to move my review into the 5star range. Oh and the part where it gets better, the receipts show what you have left allotted for the month. Just a good experience all around.After a couple more visits I have moved the 4 ⭐ to 5!Consistency is key, way to go Bloc!read more
