Do not buy here. Staff will rattle off numbers and acronyms but lack the ability to effectively guide a rookie in the correct dosage of certain sleep-aid gummies. John advised me to “take one Stay Asleep to start”, as the package advises, the result was a panic attack which lasted five hours overnight. Not at all what you want. Can’t get my money back because of some federal regulations, but they gave me $40 in points I’ll never use since I’m not going back. Cam, the new store manager, tried explaining that what I’d taken before was different, yet I had shown John the package and dosage sizes of the product I’d taken previously! There’s no excuse. Uneducated staff, lack of variety or selection. I’ll stay with Hemporium in Springfield.
Staff very polite had a great experience I use Flora and multiple locations they seem to have the best choice and 3 to 4 levels of price point for individuals taste and wallet.

Updated to 1 star! Last three purchases all had seeds. When I reached out via their website (because there's no phone number to call) it said they'll get back to me within 3 days. Well a week later I'm still getting seeds in $40 ⅛s. Costs way too much to get a gram of seeds in 3.5 grams.UPDATE #2 when I told an employee in store I'm getting seeds she said "I know! Cool right?" No, not cool.Can order online and pickup. Prices are high. Nice waiting area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Flora farms themselves doesn't always have A+ products, but the staff here is the best I've found all over the springfield area. They're the only ones willing to take time to educate patients on products and the vibes are always amazing as soon as you walk in. Their kindness and knowledge keeps me coming back. 😁

I have ordered online to pickup in store 3 times, it worked perfectly. Nice staff & they had a particular kind I like not available in Springfield where I live.
First time visitor to the store (recreational). They've had the strain I like listed for weeks for $24/8th. When I ask for it they say they have it, but only in a higher THC level (19%) for $36! That's a 50% increase. I decided I wasn't playing that bait and switch game and left. Now I get home (45 minutes later) and see that their website shows that same strain (Blue Dream), the same THC level (19%), and the same price they had before ($24). So, they get you to come in to the store, or order on line, and since they can't cash you out on-line (no credit card sales) they tell you when you get there that, too bad, their price has gone up by 50%. I can't see where it could get any more dishonest than that. I'll find another company. One that will honor their own pricing without the bait-and-switch practices.UPDATE: it's the next day and their website still shows the old price ($24), and allows you to add it to your cart. It's not until you step in the store that you'll discover that the price is 50% higher ($36).RESPONSE TO OWNER: I included all of the information in my review. Blue Dream - price on website $24 - same THC level 19.42% - price you're charging at the store $36. How can you honestly charge people 50% more when they get to the store?
I've visited my first time tonight to get my online order I placed. A woman named Brittany (sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly!) Aka Britt, and she was just the most friendly, kindest, and pleasant employee to have encountered. She deserves some recognition for her people/customer/communication skills and maybe even a promotion.I was already planning on going back anyways, but super employees like her ensure even more that I'll definitely be visiting again soon and often. The customer service was great up front pricing with three different large TVs with all products and information! In the back the customer service was excellent and there were a lot of great choices definitely recommended and will be coming back!!
I USED to go there all the time, until i seen deals from other places. All they sell is 1/8s and and a FEW qtrs, why not OZs or half OZs?????
UPDATED to 1 Star because they no longer accept points that I earned from prior purchases, No longer offer delivery and can't tell you when they will. Plus they're changing to a Flora Farms dispensary. Flora Farms consistently weighs under. Every single item purchased from Flora Farms has always weighed under! Plus they have popcorn buds and higher prices. They have lower their prices a bit to be competitive now, but still weighing under. SUPER DISAPPOINTED with the big staff change. I used to sincerely enjoy going in. I looked forward to saying hi to people and it was a great vibe. Now, entire new staff and you can tell they are from out of state. I feel like I'm walking into the Twilight Zone now every time I go in... Such a shame, because it used to be such a great vibe.
Excellent place to go to. Bud tenders have so much knowledge about the bud. Alot of the time they will recommend certain strains and I will usually take the advice and purchase what they recommend. I would recommend any one to go to route 66.
This store sucks!!! Two times I have driven there expecting an advertised product even calling the 2nd time only to arrive and fine they're OUT! All they could say was "We're sorry". They didn't even offer any rain checks and refused to honor the price if product was received later. DON'T SHOP at this store!!! Boycott this store!

I really loved this dispensary. They have a nice waiting area and extremely friendly staff that help you get checked in. I stopped here specifically because of one product I was looking for all across the state- so if you're looking for something in particular or something harder to find make sure to look here as well. Our budtender was also wonderful and had a lot patience with us.

The employees there are trash and can't get over that their ex husband did her wrong and I'm the one who can't go in the store because she feels uncomfortable...first of all I don't even know who or what you look like and whatever he did to you has nothing to do with me and my family so I wouldn't recommend going into this place for your meds because they might call and text you and tell you not to come back inside and only use their drive through in springfield. Worst people and place ever

The staff here are truly the nicest people!!! I had ZERO knowledge about any of the products when I walked in, but they made me feel so at ease. The young lady that checks you in was so welcoming and Josh was extremely helpful and very patient. I am so very hopeful that I have finally found something to help with my chronic pain!!!

Came in on 4/20!!! Was super excited..... got a coupon for a .01 cart......just to get to the back and no carts available....disappointed! Usually I buy 1 gram pre rolls and .5g pre rolls..... we're sold out on 420 sn hr after they opened, I saw 3 huge rolls of pree rolls go into 1 bag.....all they had left were their "normal" deals

Two very poor customer service experiences here that are needing to be brought to an owner/operator's attention:First: Today I drove from Springfield on a rainy day, to visit this location. I arrived at 10am, the time the website said the store opens. (I checked prior to leaving) I arrived to find the business was closed. I checked the website again from my phone, it shows 10am open. The green 'open' sign in the window is lit brightly on? I decide to wait about 20 mins, then call the business phone number, thinking someone just forgot to unlock the door. I'm met with a message saying the business decided to open at Noon today. No notation on the website - which shows 'open' and 'delivery available' at this time, no signage in the door showing a change of hours - even having the neon 'open' for business sign on in the window - leaving me wasting fuel and about an hour of my day driving from Springfield to Ozark, then back home, for no reason.Second: On one of my previous recent visits - I made my purchase online beforehand, so the items were ready for pickup upon my arrival. On their website it gave me the option to attach and spend my loyalty points, so I applied the points to my order which was now showing a discounted price, and the points for that discount (400 pts) were then removed from my total balance of leftover available loyalty points.When I arrived at the store the clerk handed my the items ordered and tried to get me to pay full price. I explained I had used loyalty points online, and the total she was telling me wasn't correct. She told me 'Thats not possible' and looked in a computer, then said 'She didn't see any discount' on the order. I protested and asked what my total points balance was that she was seeing, and she confirmed that the points number she saw in my account was exactly 400 points less than what my total available points were that morning prior to my making the online order, meaning they took the points out of the account despite the clerk saying she couldn't see any discount. I kept pushing back and started to show the order page from their website on my phone, proving the amount the clerk was trying to charge was the full price, not a discounted price the order confirmation was showing.The clerk looked at the computer again, and then blamed the online system. Her advice at that moment to me was that I should "Never spend your points online, I don't know why it let you do this, they shouldn't let you do that". (What?) I responded that whomever is running the company website needs to better inform/train the front line staff, because any option available to the customer via the website (especially to save money) would be taken. It felt as if she was trying to blame me for doing something wrong, she never apologized once for the confusion.Once she decided that 400 loyalty points had been removed from my account when placing the online order - the only option she would offer me for the 400 loyalty points that were removed from my account was a 1/2 gram pre-roll for a penny, NOT the discounted rate that was given to me by the website when I made my purchase. I personally do not like pre-rolls, and would have never agreed to spending my points on that, had I been told the truth online when making my order. To me the experience came off as a classic 'Bait & Switch'.I felt in that exchange that the clerk was pushy, and did not listen to me when I was trying to explain there was an error in her system. The whole exchange left me feeling very sketchy, as if perhaps this wasn't the first time that a customer has asked about their missing points. She very obviously did not want to honor the discount rate, and it literally took my getting my cell phone out to show her what the website said when I ordered, before she gave in.I'm not leaving this note to chastise any staff member, but to bring these issues to the attention of the owners/managers here, as well as warning other potential customers to be 'on your toes' regarding your loyalty account, should you choose to shop here.

It is worth going somewhere else or their other location just to avoid her...I promise.I have sat in the lobby and consistently watched her give customer after customer a hard time. She seems to look for reasons to deny service. If you're fortunate enough to make it through (luckily I have been successful each time) don't expect a smile or any gratitude!! Her general attitude is that she is doing you a favor by letting you shop. With the prices and options available ALL over Springfield I am going to choose to spend my thousands and thousands a year with someone that appreciates their customers. Or at very least, go see Taylor at their Springfield location! She treats you with nothing but kindness every. single. time.The sparse product selection and the warden that runs the prison at their Ozark location....is not worth the visit!Edited for "owners response": I have no idea what you are referring to. I have NEVER asked anyone to watch a child in your business. If a preteen boy is sitting in a locked car with a giant dog in a public parking lot, I do think an employee is taking it too far to say a minor can not be sitting in my car. Much like a bar isn't in a lot checking i.d.s. to see if the people outside are "minors". If he is not a costumer and not in your building, who I have in my car shouldn't be your concern. They don't make you get to 420 points to use rewards...instead at 100 points you can get $5 off. They have better specials that they change out more often than weekly. The best part...they love their customers and make you feel relaxed everytime you shop with them! I highly recommend them to anyone reading this unprofessional response. With all the stigma we have dealt with over marijuana through the years, the last thing we need is to feel policed when buying it legally.

I have been to all the local stores and no one can match my discounts at 66!If you don’t like flora or other brands, just ask your bud tender if they can stock a brand you like. The quality of flower is bad. Flora farms flower is by far the worst "high end" bud I've ever smoked. I have no idea why they continue to stock it when illicit and sense are so much better. Its as if the Flora flower isn't cured properly. The prices are high as well. Its worth my time to just drive to Nixa to Missouri joint ventures. Selection and prices are way better. I really wish they would follow the business model of the Missouri joint ventures, then I would only go to old route 66 because its local. Staff is very nice, and I really would love this place to do well. Please stop selling Flora farms

Every time I go pick up my “meds” everyone is always nice professional and knowledgeable. Only thing I can’t say is about the point system, the points compared to the amount I spend I feel needs to be more. Just my opinion.

Sadly, this place has lost its edge. They seem to have difficulty keeping experienced staff, and they don't always honor their Veterans Discount. I want to do business someplace where I don't have to worry about whether or not I got charged correctly.

The staff was wonderful from the time I walked up to the front door to the time I walked out. They had a fairly decent selection of products at the time. Store was plain and simple and clean. I look forward to getting my card renewed and visiting this dispensary again and see how they’ve have grown since the new beginnings of the cannabis industry here in Missouri. It’s definitely a place I would love to work for and grow a personal hometown relationship with .
It was my first time at this dispensary with my fiancee and let me just say it was such a great vibes and warm friendly experience. Their product is phenomenal with plentiful of choices that varies from your needs. Taylor was our budtender and she was very helpful in our experience.

This was my first time at the Ozark location. It was easy to find and the staff was super friendly. I liked the variety of flower available and also enjoy the edibles. I am a regular customer now. I also like the rewards program though it is still in progress I can't wait to redeem my points.
My second visit... phenomenal! Double the selection this time. The people there are just so nice, genuine, and knowledgeable. They provide the option of ordering ahead or online. I recommend this store above all others I've seen. Keep it up, beautiful people!

My wife and I came here after her surgery. The people are outgoing and very friendly! 5 stars for that! Selection was about the same as our regular dispensary. The only reason for 4 ⭐ is the preroll quality. A little harsh and lower THC than the same one we get normally. Don't let that push you away though! That is just one person's preference over another's! Definitely stop by to get your meds if you are in the area.
