I’m not even one to do reviews like this, but out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to this was by far by least... helpful. I’ve been a medical patient for almost a year now and everywhere I go the staff was more than willing to tell me what they have, “you like this oh you might be interested in this”. They try to help me the customer know what’s available. However that was not my experience here, it was as though they expected you to read a menu while waiting despite their being no menus so sure you see some sample product in the lobby but in the end you’re blind as to all the options and you’re not made to feel as though you should ask about them. As a medical patient I also found the place not worth going to. It’s not required of course but every dispensary I’ve been to with my low income medical card has ensured medical patients get first access as well as 10% off with my card status (being poor has some perks) but here I got neither. Once again they can’t be regulated to abide by those guidelines set by the state so they can’t be faulted however if you’re medical I would avoid the place at all costs. No hate to the workers here, they seemed nice and were probably burnt out on a long day but this environment is just not great for medical purchasing.read more

Came on day one of recreational sales and the line was out the door, but it moved very quickly and I was in and out in... 35 mins even though that seemed unlikely at first glance. I am pretty sure my budtender was the owner, and she was handling her busy day with absolute perfection. She knew everything about the product! The prices are more than they are in other states with recreational, but hopefully with rewards programs and time FreshGreen can lower prices too.read more

Stop looking. This is THE BEST dispensary in KC. Locally owned. Fair prices. Great discounts/deals. Amazing staff and... customer service (great return policy if things don’t work out). And the staff are always the same few people which suggests to me this is a great place to work.read more

This is the best dispensary in Kansas City hands down!! Great Great Service!!!!! I enjoy going to see the bud tenders... and security guard (Joe2) as much as I love the huge line of products at super reasonable prices. They have the best rewards and discount system for sure! Every time I go in it seems like it’s either 15% off your whole purchase or you have enough points for $10 off. It’s always a fun happy atmosphere and they appreciate when you come in.read more

Worst dispensary I’ve to. Music was loud and echoed through the place. The budster couldn’t hear me and the other... buster was chit chatting loudly with customers about a concert. I walked out. I’m not going to yell so someone can hear me. My friend stayed while I waited in the parking lot. She came out empty-handed and said the budster knew nothing about the products and of course didn’t hear her right when she asked for something with no melatonin.Oh and I think the check in girl was asleep when we walked in. Even if she wasn’t she was not aware we walked in and there was no security guard.read more

Convenient, easy. Two complaints though: I asked for hybrid and was told in so many words 'the package doesn't say so... it must be hybrid'. And they hover. I get shoplifting might be a thing, but take a step away. I feel pressure to hurry. Kills the vibe.read more

I'd give it 5 stars if they were better about showing thc levels for their flower. Only about half of what they have in... stock will show the thc level and if it doesn't say you have to call them and have them check it. Pretty frustrating. Other than that complaint it's a great place and good customer service. The owners are pretty nice people.read more

Fresh Green provides a relaxed, fun environment that’s perfect for an anxious patient like myself. They have a vast selection & they keep their online menu updated. They also have the best deals in town, trust me! I’ve visited every dispensary from the Northland to Grandview & Fresh Green Waldo is simply the best!!
