They are a big chain, so if you're looking to support a mom and pop, this isn't it. That being said, they offer great products and solid specials, and their in house nano mango gummies are one of my top edibles.I really like the vanilla bean flower they have - it's a nice and light. I preferred it with morning coffee on the weekends.All in all, it's a great shop and at the very list it needs to be added to the specials list of any frugal shopper.

My experience with Erin was great. My experience with the pay by debit was horrid. I drove back to this location twice as my card was charged $90 after they said they were having difficulty with their system and had me to use the in store debit to pay for my purchase instead. I showed proof of my card being charged and presented my receipt. 3 days later I received credit so a total of 5 days they had my funds. Sad part is I had to inform them of the double charge. I was told by a Manager Alex that he would note my account and I would be compensated for my time and trouble. I drove from Jefferson County to St. Louis County once again today to take advantage of that promised discount. Now take in mind two 30 minute one way trips a total of 2 hours and them having my funds for 5 days to show as a credit back on my account and I get a 12% discount on my next purchace. This discount is given to anyone on a Saturday for flower.It cost $4.50 to use the ATM for the cash by the way.I drove out of my way to get friendly service and this certainly backfired.I strongly recommend that you do not pay by debit. Avoid it at all cost. I came out in the negative even with that "compensation" I was promised. I jokingly after my first trip back to try and get my refund said hopefully you could at least throw in a preroll for my trouble. What a joke. It's a shame that senior citizens who have medical cards or anyone for that matter has to go thru these steps to correct a businesses mistakes. I know that day (1/7/23) I was not the only one to have to wait to get money back.Good Day does not need to be in their name.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today, Alex helped me to pick the perfect strand for my condition. He was very helpful and so happy to help me. All the staff there are great! They are all very knowledgeable and are all happy to answer as many questions as you have. Very kind, patient and pleasant staff. There are several dispensaries along that stretch of road but none of them have the staff that Good Day have. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had visited this dispensary a few times. My friend went with me the other day and his card had expired in May so he went in as my support. While we were there they were handing out free T shirts. Another lady and her support gotta take shout of take shirt and then another person who who was support got one. I vaguely caught what was going on on and then before I left the store I did realize it so I asked if I could buy a T-shirt which she said couldn't. This obviously created tension. I brought a new customer to their store whom I doubt will ever go back and after the way a he was treated and we were treated in general by the lady who helped us, I don't want to give them my business either. I went back into the store 2 days later and politely told the people working what had happened to no avail. This upset me and was finally why I wrote a review. What I really didn't elaborate on is my bud tender was not friendly and actually seemed put out by having to help me. There's too many other options out there and these people have competition directly across the street which is Organic Remedies. Poor customer service and no willingness to make it right!

The customer service is great but compared to other competitors in the area prices are very steep especially for medical patients who are trying to get what they need but do not want to overpay. I came in one day to purchase a cartridge and after opening and examining it i am disappointed in the quality of the product from the brand Ostara there were many air bubbles as well as it having issues with clogging. Also, there are certain brands to steer away from just through personal trial and error. Other than prices of the products, the people who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable.
