Dani is... always friendly and helpful, she has a million dollar smile and she always makes a recommendation to me about a product that I didn't know about and as a result she has sold me some of my favorite products ever. Thanks to Dani, safe-bet and strain are two of my favorite product brands! I really really love the safe-bet blackberry cough and I wouldn't have known about this without my fabulous bud tenders. As someone who has frequented many dispensaries in the Kansas City Metro area...I can say that this one is ran the most... efficiently as far as time spent in the dispensary. The staff is incredibly friendly, greeting you by name each time which makes you feel like family. The staff has a true consideration for each patient's needs and will take the time to consult with you on exactly what you are looking for.As far as inventory goes you would be hard-pressed to find a store with this much variety and especially at these prices.read more

The Liberty location is my favorite in the area. Green releaf has always had great prices. I enjoy that the staff is so... knowledgeable and help you find exactly what you are looking for. I got Amaze Nuggs on sale and I was not disappointed one bit! The flower was fresh and potent. Until today I would have given this place 3 or 4 stars. Customer service is non existent here. I asked for a certain... product, the budtender bagged it up and I left. 10 min later when I opened my bag it WAS NOT WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR. I tried to call the number and no answer and voice mail not set up. So I drive back over to the store. Explain to the girl up front ehat happened. She sends me back. Instead of the girl who sold me the wrong product talking to me, they sent some dry and dusty older woman to talk to me. She didn't talk to me nicely and acted as if I was too stupid to know what I wanted. Would not let me return the product and repeated herself around 5 times. Being increasingly rude and almost giving me a lecture for wanting to return product that I didn't ask to buy but was bagged up for me. Such a rude woman...will not return .Update less than 2 Hours from this experience. Regional Manager called me and we talked about the situation. She was very nice and made things right. So I will be returning despite the one bad apple.read more

I've come here for almost a year now, the staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have chronic illnesses and... I'm autistic and other types of neurodivergency; when it comes to speaking to new people, its slow. They were patient with me and let me get out what I needed to say and what I was looking for before responding.Now I can come in with no issues but the care they take is top notch. I always love coming here and all I need to do is tell them what I am looking for if I haven't placed an order online beforehand, and they'll find what products in stock that they have that will help me get the proper effect.read more

Cool looking swagg. The lobby is nice and large area seatting. Waiting in line is nice and tolerable. If a lot of people are waiting. There is a kiosk which you can pre order while you wait if you want. The pricing for Dab is still to high which they do not have control of. BOGO dab would be nice. Store is very clean and staff is very friendly and knowledge. I have been helped by Mirza twice now.I travel all over... Missouri and have visited many dispensaries with most having a very limited selection. This store has the widest selection of flower I have seen with, I believe, at least 5 different brands. The main reason for the five is, if you enjoy Proper Cannabis brand flower, it is priced cheaper then anywhere else in the state. At $55 eighths the price beats other shops by 5-10 dollars. In my opinion, Proper brand is the premium flower around.Definitely check it out and try the Proper😉read more

The store was very clean, staff were knowledgable and friendly. This was my first time in and there was a lot to look... at; they were patient with me and walked me through resources and answered all my questions, helped me pick a strain. They have an ATM on site if you don't have cash (cash only). The one-on-one attention was fantastic. Definitely recommend this place! I'm looking forward to a wider menu as more growers establish, but I'm quite happy with what I got there.read more

I’ve been to 3 dispensaries in the Kansas City area and this place was the fastest, friendliest and cleanest facility... so far. They have a wide variety of product and are super knowledgeable. They also have a great loyalty reward program to help save on future visits. While product cost may be high compared to other legal states, that’s only because of the current low production, and it will get better with time and IS NOT Green ReLeaf’s fault.I’m happy this dispensary came to Liberty. My bud tender, Achilles K. Is the man and I’ll definitely be back to see him again soon.
