very disappointed to see they've dropped medical patients discounts to only 2 days a week meanwhile students discounts are still everyday. this stores success was built on the money of medical patients before rec was even legal. they very clearly care more about profit than patient care. will be taking my business elsewhere.Edit: reached out to the customer service email like the response said and still have gotten no response. If you're in the St. Charles/St Peters area, check out Thrive on Mid Rivers, they at least have a responsive customer service line. I still stand by my first comment. don't go here

Edit - I attempted to try the drive-thru and it was the worst experience. First, it was not made clear that you had to place an online order before going in the drive-thru. I was informed of this at the window, but the person had already taken my ID. I was asked to leave until I had placed an order. I parked in a spot in their lot and began to place the order, which I couldn't finish because the person who took my ID didn't give it back. The security guard had come to my car twice in the 6-7 minutes I was trying to place the order to ask me to leave the property. I explained that I was trying to place an order to the business, but they had my ID and I was trying to sort it out. I was told I couldn't sit in their parking lot, even to place an order to their own business. Then, I had to sit in the drive-thru line again and go back to the window because I had to get back my ID, which they had accidentally not given back. This was a giant waste of time. There are so many other options out there - skip the headache and go some place else.

I loved this place when recreational became legal, but as time goes I like it less and less. There was an abundance of $25-30 eighths, now you can’t find anything starting under $40, and even then it’s mid. The specials on flower that they do offer are insulting with minimal THC content. The “value half ounce” is now only available on Monday through Wednesday with no mention on the highway billboards. I had issues placing an order online with Dutchie pay and then payment not being accepted. In stead of offering help, you could tell the person at the front desk was very disinterested and only offer a solution of using the ATM. Any suggestions I did get were implying I did something incorrectly. It took a different worker overhearing to mention that a lot of people with my bank had the same problem. The St Charles location is a 2 minute walk and I still choose to go to O’Fallon for better prices, better rewards program, and equal to or better bud.

No idea what has happened to this place the vibe is all off they don't follow the DHSS guidelines for ID verification and are very rude an bullish. I would take my business else where when I can but they are very central located but very rude. I only go here when I have to and I would not suggest the walk in but drive through only so you don't have to deal with the rude staff so much. Also this facility is cash or dutchie pay only (which I got my card stolen once from and I would not recommend).

Have been a regular since MO went rec, was good at the time, recently got back into carts, went there first. charged me $80 for a half gram, thought whatever. probably standard these days, went down the street to Route 66 and bought the same half gram cart for $44. Prices are getting ridiculous and the up charge is insane. I go in there asking for the cheapest cart they have, no way it’s $80 when you can go down the road and get the same thing for half the price. Always a long wait. Is definitely not as knowledgeable about products as surrounding dispos. Probably won’t be coming back, the only convenience is that it’s closer. Disappointing.

Don't buy galactic prerolls , especially from high profile I have proof . I have never been treated like this at terrabis off Bryan road try the sluricane from amaze it's 29.5% or waiting game from notorious at 30.33% .The follow up to this . The manager has made all of this situation good . Thank you for handling my issues in a customer service approach .

I stopped going to almost any other dispensaries other than the sunset hills high profile and st charles. People that work here are always awesome, came through and got some Alien Mintz from Vivid and I agree with what the budtender said "most stickiest, freshest buds I've seen in a while" got a half and went back for a whole ounce from sunset hills location since st Charles had sold out. It’s a Saturday so it’s always busy and that’s fine. The system set up for drive up orders could be handled better. Maybe don’t assign so many cars at one time so everyone is helped in a timely manner. I placed an order for 315-345 and didn’t get it till 430. Sat in line for over an hour. And was told to go back around and get back in line. After doing so and getting to the front I was told that my order haven’t even been started. After i explained that I have already waited for an hour and already drove back around he did finish my order at the window. Which I tipped $5 for doing so.

I was missing an item from my bag and due to work obligations was unable to report the situation right away. I was not looking forward to all of the possible obstacles I would have to go through in order to obtain my purchase. To my surprise, the automatic phone service system was extremely easy to navigate. I was immediately directed to the manager who was VERY helpful , thorough and kind. It’s obvious he cares about the company, his employees and customers.

I really like this dispensary. Kelly is awesome with customer service and Sarah is terrible. Sarah seems to be prejudice, every time I visit this dispensary and Sarah is doing the check in, she makes sure the Caucasian patrons go before me when I have medical express priority. Otherwise, the dispensary is 5 star but Sarah makes it 1 star.

Make sure you don’t get skeeted before you leave the store!!!! I was a loyal medical patient here for 6 months and went to this dispensary and this one only, however today I went and paid for 4.68 grams of flower (shake) and didn’t think to check the amount because Dominic had helped me and after going here so long I believed I could trust him to do his job accurately. I came home to a basically flat bag and so I immediately went back up there and was told it was the correct amount. Came home and weighed it and they had sold me 0.5 grams of weed when I paid for 4.68 grams. Dominic said that the most he could do was give me a discount on my next purchase, not give me the weed I paid for or even a refund. Finally I talked to the manager Alex who is amazing and gave me a refund absolutely no problem! He was so quick to fix the issue and had great customer service. They’ve lost my business, I wouldn’t recommend this place but if you do go just make sure you double check or have Alex help you out! Just stay away from Dominic unless you want to get robbed 🙂

New round of employees make you feel like you are bothering them, and have no helpful, or useful info. They have inspired me to produce my own, and search for better alternatives when I want retail medical. I guess nothing good lasts forever.

High profile is the number one dispensary in the St Charles region in my opinion. They always have fresh top shelf nugs on deck in bulk that you can ask to look at and smell before your purchase. They got great deals, Friday deal is awesome I keep coming back for more. They source from the beat growers in the state and the staff is always friendly. Few of them know me by name and I love chatting with them, always a pleasure!

Can’t really recommend anymore used to love this place now I just feel like a bother to employees. Last night I came in their was an issue with allotment which is understandable he told me I couldn’t get another concentrate. I checked my allotment again when I got home to find out I had over the amount needed to get the last item I also asked for a certain strain since it helps with my pain and has been the most successful. He said they didn’t have it. Fine that’s also understandable I then go home and it said they had it available in flower also at the time I asked if he could recommend something that is similar he just went “I don’t know” and moved on. I’m beyond livid. It feels like this store wants to be a rec shop so bad to the point where patients are swept under the rug. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. Never again. I went to natures medicine in st Ann and had a wonderful experience definitely check them out!

He is a manager for the dispensary and when anything is even slightly wrong he gets it fixed immediately! Often I will write down my products from the online menu, drive there and the product is not in stock. Once I am there, I always find what I want looking through the onsite catalog. Wow. I’m usually a very happier camper with high profile until I’ve ran into a problem with an associate last night. I had came to the store at 8:50pm. By my surprise doors were locked. Completely inaccessible. I knocked for about 5 minutes because I seen there were still customers in the lobby before I got the idea to finally call. When I called to ask why the doors were locked so early. The response was come back tomorrow dude we’re closed for the night and I locked the doors at 8:55pm which highly was not the case. I stood outside embarrassed at 8:55 pm on the phone with the guy last night. His last response was dude go home I don’t know what to tell ya. I will not ever be shopping here again. I did not feel a family oriented presence. I did not feel like I belonged. This is how I deal with my depression and anxiety. So thanks for everything high profile. Last night was one of the hardest. I felt I had no one to relate to yesterday.

I will have to modify my review as my new experience with NEW Management at this location here has been anything but positive. This use to be the best place in town now has become one of the most unwelcoming. I would avoid this location and go on down to Root66 as quickly as possible. The staff is really nice but the management are overbearing and do not follow DHSS guidelines on verification of ID's.

Last night I was at another dispensary that was closed, it was 8pm. I couldn't find a place open in St Charles County except this one after 8pm. This is the ONLY one I found so far and they were understanding of my pain, issue I was in, with my ID, and were so helpful with ask things related. I keep coming back here after having tried pretty much every other place in the St Louis area. Yes, it is the closest to me, which is nice, but they have the best selection in town, the friendliest staff, and just the nicest vibe I've found. This place feels like a dispensary should feel. The $45 Flora Farms eighths are nice - there are some of the strains that have more THC than much higher dollar stuff. I like that they have bulk flower so I can try new strains by buying them a gram at a time instead of getting stuck with an eighth an ounce of medicine that didn't work. A+.

I've visited most the dispensaries around and this is by far the best. They always have a good selection of all cannabis products. They have a drive thru I have used once and all went well, but personally i like to go inside and talk with bud tenders. They are very knowledgeable and can help point you in the right direction.

I am throughly impressed with High Profile. I recently received a unfavorable diagnosis. The doctors offered opiates and I declined. I decided to go the route of medicinal marijuana. My first visit there I had a ton of questions. They took plenty of time to make sure I had all the answers I needed. Everyone is incredibly friendly and has a genuine care for your specific needs. I really like this place! It’s my go-to for concentrates. They always have a good variety to choose from. Only thing I wish they would do different is store concentrates at cooler temps. Every time I’ve gotten a shatter here it’s more the consistency of a tootsie roll. I’ve also gotten the badders from proper directly and they always come cold and frozen. The consistency and freshness is no where near as great as getting it from one of Propers dispensaries. Like I said, this place is great but there is some spots for improvement:)

New visitors get a 1g preroll for a penny, but you gotta tell the person who cashes you out that its your first visit. Good prices, good deals, friendly helpful staff, huge selection and the front desk girl was sweet as pie and very personable...Sadly when I got home to examine my product, it was very dry, the 'packaged on' date was 2 months ago and it was .10g short and .33g of it was stems. Not what I'm used to for dispensary grade and prices. I'll likely go to 3fifteen instead next time.

This was my first time going into a dispensary and didn’t know exactly what to expect. I am immediately greeted by friendly staff who make me feel welcome and walk me through the whole entering process. Once I get inside everything is organized and clean and other staff asks me what I want and they informed me of the deals going on and I saved a ton of money. They really pay attention to you and make you feel at home. I would 100% reccomend High Profile to anybody. Will DEFINITELY be returning!
