St. Robert High profile dispensary is by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. You’re always greeted... when walking in, love the atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and professional. They don’t try to push/sell products on you. They legitimately want to help you find what will work best for your situation/needs. They offer a range of products for any budget/circumstance.You know when you find the right Doctor, Dentist, barber, bartender, etc, whom you connect with, someone who gets you, they understand you, your likes/dislikes, that’s how I feel about my favorite Budtender Marcus!! I legit can come in, say I need help with sleep or stress, pain or whatever’s going on, give my price point and Marcus does his thing with dealers choice every time! 99.9% of the time I don’t even need to say any of that, he just knows. One of the best around, clean environment with a friendly staff. Only thing I could say they could improve on is when... they switch the specials around my rewards points haven’t been added. It is one of the best places that I have went. The employees know there stuff and if one don't well that put it this... way they will find the answer or someone that does. I trust them very much as to the point that I give them dealers choice and they never steer me wrong. Hell most places try to sell you on the highest price stuff to make a buck, not here. Okay, so, beautiful dispensary, pretty cool rewards program, I love the deli flower, not a lot of places have that and... that's fun...and everyone front of house has always been wonderful.My last visit, though, my budtender was disappointing. I don't know if she was new? Had zero customer service skills. No product knowledge AT ALL. This medicine is an experimental process, and I found myself just asking the budtender I usually have (lucky they were there) all my questions, felt like I was bothering them so just stopped asking and got out of there.Hope new girl comes around. 🤷 There's tons of people that want that job.read more

Great shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean, inviting and set up well for ease of... finding what you need. Staff answers any questions you have about products and are much more knowledgeable than the other bud tenders I have delt with around my area. Its worth making the trip if you aren't located in St. Robert but live in Rolla or surrounding areas. High profile has a much larger and better quality selection of prefilled cartridges, flower, and edibles than any of the other stores I have been in around this area. The only complaint I would have is that I think they need to have a taking number service that way people were not... cutting in line and you didn't have to use names if you use the number system I think that would be a lot easier and more private but other than that great experience will be back again.
