Great product and great service the couple of times I have been here.My only complaint is the online ordering setup.... Both times, I've been left sitting around with anxiety, wondering if I will be able to get my medicine before they close because they decided not to fulfill my order based on the time of the order, even though the website said it would be ready by a certain time.Would be nice if they added something to their website that said they wouldn't fill any drive through pick up orders placed after a certain time, or atleast try to contact the customer when their order won't be filled by the time agreed to on the website.read more

I love this dispensary!! They have such a great selection of damn near everything that I knew existed. The budtenders... are so friendly and helpful. Wait….wait…..1*. Stay away from this place. It’s mine. All the kind and helpful people, solid promotional deals, clean... and sanitized facility with a “California dispensary” selection of Grade A products is NOT what you are looking for. You who misses the old days of sitting in a strange room with some shady character staring at you up and down trying to figure out if you are a cop or not all the while hoping you get what you pay for and wake up with both your kidneys. The love affair diamonds from proper are advertised as exactly that... “diamonds” not “diamonds & sauce” like the ecto cooler. the website even goes the extra mile to clearly label products as “& sauce” or “diamonds” but after opening my product I’m left with about .3g of sauce I can’t use because it’ll flood my e rig :(Rapid response and great customer service! If you’re at the Lake and you’re looking to pick up, then all you need is the Latitude (no Longitude). This dispensary... blew me away by the caliber of the team and the quality of the products they had. They had baller buckets (3.5g)of my favorite concentrate producer - Head Change. Watching this dispensary grow and change has been great! The staff is always helpful and remembers what meds I... typically prefer. I give this dispensary 4 stars. My reasoning behind such a choice. The first product (flower) was priced alright but... not great. Smells like homegrown and tastes like it too. So not the best smell or taste. (Pineapple Express) They did have a fair selection though. I have now tried a few different strands. I can honestly say as a smoker of 21 years. They have some great tasting and smelling flower that does the trick! Daylan was my bud tender. She was professional, courteous as well as knowledgeable and helpful. Really enjoyed having her as my BudTender! I grew up on the West Coast where dispensaries have been legal for many many years. With that being said I had previous set expectations of what a well functioning dispensary looks like. While not picky I would love to see better prices for the product. Over all. The dispensary was cleanly and organized! All staff was courteous and polite. I have no true complaints. All in all I appreciate them being there and I look forward to seeing what they bring to the table in the future!read more

I worked there recently, Seemed like a great place really nice environment and enjoyed speaking with our consumers.... However after a bit I got one day on schedule while the new hires and others had full 8 hour days everyday manager Claire said they were cutting hours little did I realize it was just mine then refusal to return calls and refusal to put me on schedule to this day I have not quit have not been fired so unprofessional, Also been told that they have told anyone who will listen that I in fact did quit for another job and I quit because I didn't have a ride. This place is trash when it comes to management and communication.read more
