First time here visited with Brendan one of the managers, super nice a knowledgeable he helped me figure out why I wasn't getting satisfaction from my pen he directed me to try the Triple Cheeseburger and educated me on what I need to look for when going for a legit high and relaxation. This is still my favorite medical dispensary in the Lake Saint Louis area. BUT, my recent visits have resulted in immense disappointment. Their new employees are pushy, do not listen, and half of them can not use the computer system in an efficient manner. Or at all.In a nutshell, recreational changed the medical game. No one in the industry can keep up. I fully get that. I will never press a dispensary for issues out of their control. But, in exchange for my understanding of the inconsistent inventory, it's fair to expect a knowledgeable budtender who can ACTUALLY speak to my questions & suggest a proper alternative in return. Instead, it's like pulling hair!I was drawn to Missouri Wild Alchemy for its extremely convenient location. I return for its cleanliness... and because the original employees are simply a delight. However, it's becoming harder & harder to give them my business when the service is a literal waste of my time & money. I don't know how to fix all the vast issues I've experienced.

Cannot accommodate to disabled employees. Manager, Jordan, expresses zero empathy or understanding about professional leadership and told me I didn't disclose my disabilities when I applied, which i did. As if the ADA doesnt protect individuals like me. The owners let him corner me in his office after I expressed concens about him creating a hostile work environment.They have the highest prices in town with the lowest wages in town. This is family owned. Which means there is a lot of he said she said and a lack of common HR qualities in management. From an employees standpoint: 0/10 Don't recommend.

Half a cart for $80 I can get full carts on the street for 20. Same thing with the flower. The people are great the store looks amazing but the prices are ridiculous everywhere. Do something to make me want to spend my money there, like lowering the price. You guys are just like that kid who tried to raise the price of insulin 1000%. I’m getting the same brand carts off the street as you from your suppliers At wholesale prices, there is literally no need for you to exist.
