The people, place and prices were great. Friendly, patient and, knowledgeable staff. Set up was clean, well lit. A bit... overwhelming, all the choices. No wait. First time visit here. Some steep prices. Some great. My only complaint is my flower was dry. I could crush it between my fingers. No grinder needed. I got a $70 half of Durban Poison. Perhaps the brand packager could use fresh packs to keep the moisture in I’m not sure what they’re called. That may be helpful. I see after my review, the Durban Poison was cut $20 a half.So, after checking out several other dispensaries, I see the bud I got was nearly expired! Best by 4/2023. Should’ve been on sake!!! Walking in it was immediately clear that the store is still abiding by the covid standards (6ft apart).They have germ x... and mask in the middle of the doorway for those coming in. Chairs are spread out really good too. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and professional.Everyone gets 10% off their first visit btw. First time in there. It's a nice place. The wait was 20 minutes, which is acceptable. The three stars are for having... limited products available. I wanted an ounce of a certain kind, and they were out of stock? The case should clearly display OUT OF STOCK for items that are actually out of stock. There are two other dispensaries close by, and if they have what I'm looking for IN STOCK, it looks like you have lost my business as a first time and last time customer. I brought 800 cash and bought 250 worth. Not a good business practice to be out of stock. It wastes the customer's time.read more

Great atmosphere, attentive staff, awesome products.Just DON'T order online. I made an online order so that I could... plan ahead for how much money to bring. The total online and on the receipt attached to the bag when I got there said $314 including taxes and fees. But then when they cashed me out they charged me almost $340. I feel like they should've honored the price I was given online and on the receipt attached to the bag. I won't be ordering online again.read more

I've been in the festus location 30 something times and every single time I go in there every employee that has helped... me is very upbeat, positive and helpful! Honestly I wouldn't pick any other dispensary because of how well/good I'm treated every time I walk in there. I have to give a shout out to TK, he has been greatly helpful and one time I went in there I had a problem and he took the time to help me extensively.read more

This was my first experience in a dispensary and it was great. Everyone was so helpful from the moment I walked in. I... have forgotten my specialists name that I had (so sorry!) but he was awesome! Incredibly knowledgeable. I really like that they spend one on one time with you and really take the time to educate. You can tell they genuinely care and want to help. So patient as well. I spent a good amount of time since it was my first time but I never felt rushed at all. I actually live closer to the House Springs location but I expect it'll be the same experience there and when I'm in the area I'll definitely visit the Festus location! Thank you!read more

I’ve been going to N’Bliss now for about a 1.5 years for my dispensary needs. I suffer from RA, AS and PsA. They always... have exactly what I need for my chronic pain. From the minute you walk in in the door, they are happy to greet you and the store is always spotless and super clean! They know their products and are willing to help find exactly what you are needing. I never go anyplace else for my “medicine” because N’Bliss has it all! Super happy with my pax pods. However, I’m being told that after my battery malfunctioning for my pax that it can’t be... replaced. So now I have three pods, all of which I can’t use. Quite unfortunate that someone who manufactures pods for pax cannot honor a warranty on a pax device. Especially considering the battery is 70 bucks. Again, I love the pods themselves. Just doesn’t make sense to not honor your brand you represent in the Missouri market.read more
