This is not my normal spot but I came here for the coconut oil. Normally I use online, but wanted to check out the store. My wife and I were taken aback by the aggressiveness of the man we encountered. I asked about the loyalty program and we already knew what we wanted and he was hostile in his responses to each of our selections asking “do you know if we have it” and we kept telling him we had just been online and it showed in stock. We have never had this experience at the other two places we go and hopefully one of them get the coconut oil so we won’t have to revisit this location. Customer service and a smile go a long way.

It's always been a nice experience when going there with my friend. To day as usual we were visited and my friend was joking with the associate and I guess it was the manager appeared telling my friend he's been speaking abusively to his staff and he needs to stop. " Today, my friend told the young lady he wanted one of those shirts, he liked the leaf, she told him he could have it, he said ok take it off, she said she would but she didn't have another on, he in return told her he'd give her is Royals shirt. She said she'd take - we all had a good laugh" that's when this guy stepped up. And voiced his thoughts. With I told my friend how it bothered me & that he should leave the place alone. There was no disrespect, just holding a joking conversation. If you decide to visit. Don't play. No room for laughter. So we're did that name RELEAF come from😂😂😂🤣🤣

I love the convenience of this place it's on my way home from work and I dig the vibe there. Malachi was amazing, very knowledgeable about the different flower options there were. It’s really a shame, this place is really chill every other time I went there. My favorite place, but now I regret spending 300$ in the last couple months there. I went in with a friend (who’s 27). His id was expired and he was waiting for a new on in the mail. They didn’t let him in which was fine, I understand that. But then they let everyone else in the lobby in before me. And started to let people who were just coming to the lobby in before me. So I went up and asked for my id back and said sorry I guess I was forgotten about. Even though my id was one of like 6 behind the counter. Guess they forgot about it. Low key I think the security guard profiled me even though I had said absolutely nothing him yet. Just happened to be standing by my friend who he had to turn away who had an expired license. I feel like they were just making me wait longer because my friend asked him a couple times why an expired license wouldn’t work. I get that sometimes you just have to follow rules but I feel like the security guard just assumed I’d be the same way and he gave me worse service.I’m sorry I might come back, I’m just shocked because I’ve never had something like this happen to me. That being said, I'm not going to name anyone but they used to be A-1 in my book but they've recently changed some things and I will attend their 420 Flowerfest but I've made my last visit. I think because of social media they make me feel some kinda way. No thanks.

This is the 2nd shop I’ve been to so far in Missouri. So far this one had the most pleasant experience.They were packed, so I sat in the parking lot, filled my online cart and went through the drive through. They had roughly 7 cars in line ahead of me when I got there. It took probably less then 5 minutes for them to complete my order. Which was mostly correct, only due to one item extra that I had removed from my online cart. They removed the item adjusted my total and got me on my way. Very professional and organized process. I can’t wait until the hype slows, so I can go in and look around.

By far my favorite thing about this place is that they still respect their medical patients. If you have a med card you pretty much skip the line. It's nice to see since they opened when the state was med only.

The first couple times I went it was fine. This time was terrible, preordered online and then after waiting for an hour in the drive through I was charged more money then I was quoted online. My 3.5g bag was supposed to be on sale for 30.60 and i got charged FULL PRICE. Over $41 after taxes. The people working were absolutely no help. Will be going somewhere else next time.

The staff is so friendly and know my name and typical order. They ask about my family and work while I'm shopping with them and you can tell they're really trying to get to know you. This place use to be my go to. But after liberty changing to good day farms and the experience I just had they will be lucky to ever see a dollar from me again. Why is it that every bud tender at this place trys to pressure you into buying items that will break your wallet? I was so pressured that I felt rushed into grabbing items because I got sick of the bud tender recommending over priced items. It would of been nice to actually breathe and be able to look through the menu?!

Best prices in town on Oz. Knowledge staff and MOE was right on with his suggestions for my type on chronic pain. I've been a chronic pain patient for nearly 4 years and the medication at this location has yet to fail me let me down or been disappointed in what I was shown VS what medication I received. Highly recommend stopping in and checking it out. If you are a care giver I suggestions calling ahead and if the store does require an in person visit which is unfortunate but I did notice they installed a drive thru lane to make it easier on patients and also for online orders. The only that would make the store better is a delivery service for an additional charge wouldn't be a bad idea 🤔😉

Sadly, they would not honor a state approved caregiver card. This is the first place where we’ve ran into an issue. The purpose of the caregiver card is to allow someone else to pick up on your behalf. They expected my stage IV cancer riddled, bed bound father to come in to show proof of ID even though his patient identifiers are listed on the caregiver card.Even when showing all of the state of Missouri documentation, all forms of ID, they wouldn’t let us pick up our online order because it had to be my father to place the order under his name and pick up. We went to another store, shared this experience, and they took the time to print out our card and laminate it for ease of use for next time.

I've NEVER walked out of ReLeaf feelings like I was rushed, my questions were stupid or I was annoying the budtenders (looking at you Lees summit dispensary). Literally everyone has been very knowledgeable and so so friendly, but Eric especially is awesome! Once I tell him a few things I like and what relief I'm looking for he's off and running with recommendations and I've liked all of them so far. I love EVERYTHING about ReLeaf! As early as my first visit, I knew that I had found my dispensary “home”. When you first walk in, you step into the waiting area where you’re greeted by someone at the check in window. The waiting area is always kept clean and at a comfortable temperature. Once your name is called, security directs you towards your budtender. I cannot say enough about the staff here! EVERY single person who works here is very educated about each product and they go in depth explaining everything so that you feel confident in purchasing your medicine. Even when they have a major event, I guarantee you, the sales at the other local dispensaries are better. Even just their *regular* sales are better. I'm irked at how much money I've wasted here, before I realized that I had other options.Their rewards program is pretty funny. It's something like one point per every $10 spent, and at 200 points, you get $25 off. Spend $2,000 to get $25 off. You could also spend $3,000 to get a free renewal, which you can usually find for about $50. Discounts usually don't stack, either; it's either/or.I can't see how this place is going to stick around if they keep up like this. I mean, that business model -- customer ignorance of competitive options -- that works okay for the first year or two of the roll-out. Longterm, though, there's just too much competition to deal with a dispensary that does nothing to incentivize loyalty, especially on an already expensive product. It sucks; I like their location and their staff.

It's not fancy & the parking lot is a little scary after dark but it's a "there's no one anywhere; I'm all alone" kind of scary not the kind that seems actually dangerous. Especially since the security guard can see you go from the door to your car. This is the “real deal” dispensary. Yes they’ve got great products, affordably priced, but they lead with customer service. Outstanding people and have been hand selected for their knowledge and talent. Super easy to get to right off 71 highway. I drove over from Lee’s Summit and man I was glad I did. ReLeaf Dispensary's location is extremely accessible. Conveniently located right off the highway! The dispensary is clean and spacey. I love the staff. Laura and Doc Mac are very knowledge. I am super excited for the grand opening.
