This place has a long way to go to being a great dispensary . First, I would say the staff is awesome and that is a great foundation. They also have a decent reward system. Having said that, the selection is very limited and poor. They very rarely have any top strains, and when they do they still aren't quite right because some of their growers are not providing the quality they should. They also charge premium pricing on some strains that are just flat out mediocre. I think recreation made things just move to fast for this location. I highly suspect some of their growers are harvesting too quickly to match demand.(they do have some good growers, you just have to avoid some) I am hoping they figure it out, but it seems they are a long ways away from reaching that point. I will gladly update my review if it does, but the big picture is this is a dispensary...and the merchandise, quality and pricing is just not quite there.

Horrible customer service. They don’t update their menus. Waited too long in the lobby, was quick to find what I want, just to be told they don’t have it after the employee was yelling across the whole store for another employee to come help, only to be brought the wrong item after he figured the out “problem.” This was after waiting even longer to be checked out in the “express lane.”

Right now I'm giving three stars. This is because it was my first visit. They are all very friendly, but the person helping me, who knew it was my first visit, didn't really seem to know a lot. This is because I had expectations of them doing a tell-all introduction based on what I was wanting to use the product for. I'll go back, but maybe after visiting others in the area to see what they have.

I recommend Root66! Every staff member here has been so nice and helpful. The place is clean and organized. Online pre-ordering is very straightforward and makes earning rewards for purchases simple. Really nice vibe and attention to detail. Floors looked way nicer then I expected. The staff knew from the get go that I knew what I was talking about, and went straight to the deals and programs for someone like me who has a couple pre planned items, and grabs a few of the deals to add variety without the big prices. What a junt for the moment? Looking for some high grade badder to share at the sesh? Playing the flower field? You will feel right at home and comfortable. Hard to find any fault in my experience there.

Do not shop here. The prices are too high. The workers seem miserable. The terrible interior gives you that awkward, dark feeling all the way to the end of your overpriced purchase. Listening to management harass workers is despicable. Plus this dispensary is known to ban patients from getting medicine. Not criminals or troublemakers. Legitimate patients have been blocked for purely political reasons. Any decent human should avoid this company

Work on getting a staff that actually knows cannabis, Idk how many bud tenders I’ve talked to already, they only hire people in sales and not knowing about cannabis, They rather upsale you then help you follow your nose for the right terps that fit you, from now on I will only talk too bud tenders that know what THC stands for, and remember to ask every bud tender what’s the difference from CBG and THC, CBD is too easy, Give them a challenge and see who actually knows cannabis, I had bud tenders look right at there manager as soon as I asked them a question or they give a quick answer to just make a quick sale, So many noobs, They just have a confused face the whole time

Fast friendly service . The staff is very knowledgeable at the St. Peter’s location and are willing to answer any questions you may have . I like it here because they treat you like a friend and not just another customer they are trying to sell something to. They aren’t pushy and have some great medicine available . Try the Ostara gummies out if you like edibles , and if you’re a concentrate guy like myself go scoop some Proper extracts, you won’t be disappointed. You will almost never have to wait in line here and if you really want to be quick put in an online order for pick up.

It’ll go down over time. It’s still a budding industry in the Midwest. 😏 Very nice aesthetic in the store. I would suggest anybody planning on purchasing from here to check out the product when they hand it to you at the register if possible because what was shown in the glass case and what I opened up when I got home was two completely different products I was expecting 3.5g of Blue dream buds and what I got instead was 3.5g of Blue Dream shake/trim. I'm extremely disappointed and what I received I have reached out and emailed the company also and have not received a response.UPDATE: I reached out to Root 66 and spoke with one of the managers and explained my situation and they are going to make it right by replacing the 3.5g with a similar product. I will update my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars for the customer service they showed me today.
