With constant issues and disappointments with the website it’s so nice to have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from knowledgeable and friendly representatives. Drew took his time to help me search for what I needed and offered some great deals that worked in my favor. Kind people are rare to come across now and days. So I purchased products today, clearly stated what I want, and yet got home and it is in fact not what I bought. I know all sales are final, I called the store to see what could be done only to be talked down to by the GM (or male claiming such a title). When I explained that I knew the law and that I understood all sales were final, this unprofessional piece claps off with “that’s great you know it, outstanding”. If that’s the kind of customer service you like to receive or love to dish out you’re not better than Old Rte 66 #garbage-employees

I went to get a 1g cart and made it very clear during the entire purchase that is what I wanted. When I walked out of the store and looked at my product I realized I was sold a .5 g. I budget for this so this was very upsetting to learn that I now only have half the product I’m used to getting. I have never had this problem at any other dispensary I have gone to. I went back inside to see if there was anything they could do to fix this. I understand that you can not return the sale but they did not offer anything to fix their mistake. Do not go here unless you’re willing to risk someone selling you a product you don’t want and then telling you there is nothing they can do about it. Will not be returning to this location.

Seth was GreatWent run to by recreationally and it said I was at my limit which I know I was not. I have a caretakers card and I guess he had something to do with that. I didn’t really matter just fixed it in a very timely matter. I’m just very good at this job. This is a great price to purchase from at least for myself. It’s very convenient love the place and the products.

William was very helpful. The staff here is great. My brother and sister-in-law come here a lot and have highly recommended this place and I will do the same. Very nice, considerate, and attentive crew! And if you want to get in and out of there quickly that is a plus. One of the fastest places in town.
