While I still am a bit giddy about being able to purchase legal weed, I cannot get used to bad salespeople. Cool store, lots to choose from but the help could use some work. Maybe they make commission 🤔? Also, "lemon cookie" had not even a hint of anything citrus or sweet.

This is my go to spot. Today I didn't have enough on my card to complete the transaction because of the ATM fee. Dez and Marlee did whatever it took to take care of me. Dez literally pulled 5 dollars out of their wallet to help me and that left me in shock!

The people at the registers were not helpful at all. I had many questions and none of them could be bothered with answering them. When I finally purchased my product what I discovered is that the one she finally advised me on, without consulting others even when I asked her to. Was the exact opposite of what I needed. The only nice person and confident one there seem to be the receptionist at the front door.

I decided to stop here on my road trip. This is by far the nicest/biggest dispensary I have ever been to. While I was charging my Tesla (yes they have car chargers!!!!!!!!!), I was playing PINBALL!!!! They have so many pinball machines. This place is heaven! I am brand new to the Marijuana scene and the staff answered all my questions.

It’s always a delight either coming inside to the amazing atmosphere that the Shangri-La SuperStore created for its patients and rec users alike. Prices might be a little higher on some things, but the knowledge that these bud tenders have, all the beautiful faces, friendly smiles, constant revolving deals, vendors, I really could go on, so I urge you to stop on by, even if you don’t buy anything, you will leave a happier person just for going inside.

This place was awesome in the beginning, however, they have lost my business forever. The larger black guy scoffs anytime he’s asked a simple question about the product. I asked how much thc was in a happybjj hi our product. I don’t understand why that question was met with attitude when you’re literally paid to service customers. His buddy, a tall, thin white guy who stands next to him is just as bad. They pass each other disapproving looks when they feel the customer cannot see them. After placing an order online, then waiting 20-30 minutes in line for dried out, overpriced product, the last thing I want to exchange $$ for is attitude. Hippos has more of a dispensary experience, with consistently good service and great product. I’d rather pay a little more to be treated fairly! You’ve just lost one!

On 5/20/23 I placed an online order. Received text that my order was ready to be picked up. Arrived at scheduled pick up time and waited in line over 20 minutes only to be told they sold out of the products I ordered, and they didn’t hold my order for me and instead let someone else buy it. Said this is their policy. Complete waste of my time. Not 1st issue with this location. Haven’t been back since!

Loved this place. Travis was great! I ordered for pickup in the drive-thru and 5 minutes later it was ready. 10 minutes later it was in my hands! They have great prices and are very quick and easy! I will go again every time I'm in town!

I give every experience a shot.Short story.. Came in during Happy Hour, prices weren't as advertised online after waiting 15 minutes to get to the counter *witch is short during peak times mind you* My Budtender was Rude yet Quiet and didn't express really a want to be at his job.. After selecting a product I'm reassured it was what I paid for and the Budtender even sealed my bag before I got it.. turned out to be half of what I was expecting with my Rip off Deal! Yeah no, Train your employees to be attentive or change the way there able to access things. Honestly that guy just ruined it for me on top of the false advertising. Also I double check things 🙄 no one wants to waste there time and money 😵‍💫

The music playing the entire time of our visit was horrid. We couldn't relax and take our time due to the music. The atmosphere was rushed and chaotic mostly due to the music. Otherwise the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Scanning information about the products was helpful. It would have been nice to have a budtender on the floor to answer questions about products.

The energy they give off is so positive and inviting just making the whole experience! Everyone is amazing with tag teaming to help and bounce ideas off of each other. Alexis & Brittany were so cheerful and attentive, they gave great recommendations with successful advice!! It really is a hard place hard to come by 🙂

In the past couple weeks the service has absolutely gone down hill. The new people are not as knowledgeable and have the typical fast food mentality of "o well sorry" came to the superstore for my birthday today only to find out after arriving they offer no birthday deals or discounts I specifically came to this shop as it's a "superstore" only to be told "we're working on it" by the counter staff. I know it doesn't matter but you definitely lost a customer.

Attn: POLICY UPDATE…When placing an order online - it does not secure your purchase. Do not expect to pick up your items within your selected window even after text confirmations are sent. (Order placed, order received, order being prepared)After arriving to pick up my order I was told that they no longer had my medicine, they’d become sold out within 20 minutes. I explained that I had text confirmation and he stated “we no longer fill orders as they are placed - they are prepared at pickup now.” I told him I was unaware of this update and asked where it was posted, why they send out text still, and why didn’t I receive a call - he just apologized. Instead of offering an appeasement the gentleman offered to assist me with finding a different item - but laughed when I wanted it for the same price as the items ordered. I then suggested he call the South location and check to see if they had any of what i originally ordered - he agreed and then came back to the window and stated “they have four jars left.” I advised him to hold them and I was on my way. He agreed and insured I had my ID’s before leaving.Upon arriving at the South location I was told that they in fact never received a phone call, haven’t talked to the other location, did not know who I was, had no request to hold anything, and did not have the strain I ordered. No appeasement offered - only thing they took from this was “chucking it up as bad communication.”The fact that I’m placing an order for a prescription, you don’t advise me of this update, and then tell me after sending me on a wild goose chase.. “my bad.” It’s Unacceptable!!!!I understand the need to cut back on faulty orders, but don’t punish all of your good customers in the process. Advise it to say: “we’ll hold your order for 24 hours - after you no show twice - you can no longer place an order ahead. You can only come into the store and make future purchases.”Your former customerUpdate: To owner: please do not downplay my experience by comparing to other reviews - it’s unprofessional. My review speaks to your policies and procedures - not the facility itself. (Like many of your “3 star and above” reviews)
