Skip this place…unless they have a going-out-of-business sale.This is very much just a vending machine, without a... care for the customer.I bought two disposable Midose vape pens made by Swade’s parent company, and both of them had faulty batteries, and I had to go all the way back to the dispensary to return them for something of equal value that isn’t already broken.Nope, they made me get 2 more of the same Midose Verve pens from the same old, faulty batch.Trash pens.Trash batteries.Trash customer service.read more

We started discussing our experiences with each and out of that the term "Swade Army" was born.We self-enlisted.Swade has honestly never disappointed. Whether you're judging based on variety, recommendations, customer service, prices, or any other metric, they are by far a step above their competitors.The product is always consistent, plentiful, and QUALITY. Especially the Sinse products. I can't think of a single time I was disappointed with a purchase. I was buying my new favorite strain every week it seemed like.I haven't found anyone that matches their pricing or reward/promo system. I live in north county and their are a few dispensary locations around me. I've tried a few but I had lunch at sauce on... the side one day (amazing) and ran across swade. So here is why I don't mind driving 12 Miles to get my green influenced goodies.Staff, super knowledgeable and friendly.Store, feels like your in a warm and cozy boutique and it's clean.Prices, affordable. 10% across the board (avg) cheaper than my north county and north city options. Great experience. The staff is attentive and the array of accessories is very wide. Additiinally, the product line... offers tons of choices. Ive been to a lot of dispensaries--go to Swade in the Grove and get the best products and service you can. Tip-- they are at the opposite end of the Kingsighway Blvd. end of The Grove. The building is painted in a multicolor design. Just down from "Just John's". Go! Go! Get the best!read more

Stopped by Swade in the Grove last week and had a great visit!The space is clean and modern and filled with all the... accessories that you’re looking for. (I picked up a Little Dipper electric honey straw that I am enjoying!)My budtender, Bernadette, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on every product.I also picked up a gram of their Sinse ‘The Secret’ Live Resin Budder. Five stars because everything was great except for two fundamental things: price and product choice. I've shopped in... something like 10 states and Missouri has the highest prices of 'em all. Related is the fact there is less product available in Missouri. It's still very early in the glacial pace toward a mature medical market in MO. Swade has good, reliable products, knowlegable budtenders, a beautiful facility -- all good -- except the prices are too dang high!read more

I have been to recreational dispensaries in the past, but this was my first time going into a medical dispensary. It... was absolutely nothing like the rec dispensaries. There were products on the shelves, it was clean and open, there were places to sit and speak with your tender about your needs, they showed me the products before I bought them, without question. I had a problem with my card and needed a few moments to get things in order with the bank and they were so kind, not pushy nor did they make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Everything was explained to me and I was free to ask any questions I had without judgement. They have a loyalty program and the product I've tried so far out of my total purchase was just exactly as described but also exceeded my expectations (in a good way). I will definitely be coming back.read more
