I purchased the Clouds Disposables, they will work for about a week until the 7 day return period is over and then will break. Don't waste your money here, especially when they have an unreliable return policy.

This is the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in any industry. Everyone had a smile on, made me (and other customers) feel so welcomed, and recommended some amazing specials that saved me $40. Bad place to spend your hard earned money. Some staff but not all act clueless. Terrabis had an sale for 7/10 but instead of putting it on OIL that put the sale on FLOWER. I made an online order and was charged full price and printed out 2 receipts for what I was originally supposed to be and what I was actually being charged. So when I received my change back from my purchase it was an hassle when I was charged more for there mistake. I asked the guy to honor it who was the team lead he said he couldn’t honor it only the manager could who went home for the day. I left very upset and was told to call early to speak to manager but the Olive location is not answering there calls. I call both O’Fallon and hazelwood location who where very helpful to attempt to find me corporate number once they heard situation but there’s no corporate number. I just feel like I was really done wrong to be an valued customer here. I’ve sent plenty of friends here who all says the same things about this location on OLIVE. I will not return and instead tell everyone to go to an better dispensary like PROPER CANNABIS located on St. Charles Rockroad

Would receive a higher review If they offered a industry discount of some sort. Kinda wild they couldn't even give me a 10% discount for my active Missouri cannabis agent badge. Kind of a shame, too, because they have a decent amount of flower in stock.

Lovely staff. Quick process as long as you know what you want, but you also have time to check out each product from yourself with their hand held tablet. You can view each product and special offers. Each day they have a different special and you get a certain % off each visit up to 4 i believe. They also have a rewards club online. (After so much spent you get $5 off a purchase and so on). I've been to several and this is one of the view companies in my area that offer daily specials, % off a visit and a rewards club. I'm sure others might but not the few I've visited. Great and great products!

This complaint is in regards to the employees. Since a manager does not want to return a call I’ll just post this review here there is a lady with short blueish looking hair. She is the reason you are getting a one star review and losing a customer. I placed an order yesterday to pick up 8:45-9:00pm I walk through the door to pick my order up at 8:58-8:59 because I was told by another female employee to come on. At exactly 9 pm her and an African American female walked up to the glass talking about they are closed I told her exactly what the one employee told me that yes to come on that I could still get my order. The blue hair woman then started over talking me rolling her eyes and wouldn’t let me finish talking so I did the same to her. If you are going to be RUDE so will I when I wasn’t even rude to start with you came to the window instantly rude. This lady obviously has no idea how to work in customer service. She took more time over talking me than actually finding out who told me that. Not only will this place waste your time they hire very disrespectful employees and until she is gone I refuse to spend anymore money with Terrabis. All it took was 4 visits to see the true way this place was ran.

Trash company, raised prices on items 10-20% the moment Rec went live and did away with their discounts. Truly trashy folks. Can save 10-30% by driving just 5 extra minutes down the road. Same order (literally, same4 carts), saved me $50 ($270 at terrabis and $220 down the road..) by just heading down the road. Used to visit every week, will never go back.

There are rare moments in a person’s life that stand out as moments of exceptional meaning & beauty. Your wedding day, the birth of your first child & so on.All those memories are now worthless to me, because today I had the most glorious, amazing experience possible thanks to the staff at Terrabis. It was without question the stand out customer service experience of a life time & I cannot exaggerate just how wonderful and warm an atmosphere the staff here created for this wide eyed Texan, who had no clue Missouri was so amazing. I won’t even bother looking at other dispensaries because any place is sure to fall short of the wonderful (beyond wonderful) experience I had today.And this was not written under the influence, I imagine I will love them SO MUCH MORE in about 30min. It was okay, but they couldn't explain to me why I was charged $2.80 more than the printed receipt I had with the order number on it. They kept saying that it was the medicinal charge, I showed them the actual amount, they then said their price was medicinal, I told them that it's not medicinal. I still don't understand why if you have a receipt that has the breakdown of all of the taxes, and have a total, why you are charged more. Can someone explain this to me?

Nice staff. Could you imagine drug companies having discount days on medicine? I think it is in bad taste to do this with medical cannabis. These guys funded the recreational cannabis and are acting like it is a beer. To some it is medicine. Also, the prices in St.Peters are always worth the drive.

This is a good place with good people. I come here very often. The standard pricing is higher than some other area dispensaries so you have to keep a look out for discounts. But for being a little too pricey this would be 5 stars.

Kind of an awkward location. Very small entrance and a very prominent hallway to compliment. However management and staff are great. Shoutouts to Geoff, Garret and Gavin. Make this the straight G dispensary cause those three save it. Gavin in particular is such a vibrant spirit and makes me really wanna enjoy and explore cannabis. Recommend for staff alone.

I wasn’t impressed. I found the Staff to be Judgmental and not very helpful. I was asking my husband how much money I had, and one of the Employees said, “I’m not selling this to you because I think you’re sharing it!” My husband picks up my NARCOTICS from WALGREENS, but this little Punk, accuses me of sharing a VAPOR! LOL!!!Location sucked, difficult to find, parking was really bad. I had to walk from behind the store, to the front door, on crutches.I took my money to HEYA. They’re open Sundays and treated my husband and myself, with the utmost RESPECT!

First dispensary I've visited in MO, overall a great experience. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and there was a good selection to choose from. I dunno how the prices compare to elsewhere, but they seemed pretty reasonable
