I was unpleasantly surprised by the rewards system. When I ordered online to pick up at the drive-thru, I used a rewards code for like $10 off or something. I already have the medical discount. However, this was my 3rd visit, which meant I'd be getting 25% off. Of what exactly, I didn't find out until I got there and ended up paying about $30 more than I expected, which is sadly a lot for me. All of the other promos, discounts and coupons were ignored. I don't recall seeing anything online about not being able to stack. So my discount code wasn't applied to the purchase. I did not get $10 off but the points were still deducted from my rewards account. When I went back, I explained this the best I could and the guy was really nice about it. He went ahead and gave me $10 off that purchase...but now the $5 coupon code I had prior to this visit is not on my rewards account. I'm pretty confused and kinda frustrated. Could've been worse, tho! I appreciate the staff being kind and understanding.

Marquell is a really great employee. His customer services skills are really good. He answered everyone of my questions no matter how bad my interrupting was he was respectful and nice. Prior to visiting Terrabis we'd only gone to one other dispensary in KC. We loved the personnel there and the overall vibe. However, after visiting Terrabis we've fallen in love with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and selection of better priced product. They have daily specials and a robust rewards program that will keep you going back. Gotta give props to Dutch and his crew. There is nothing worse than a bud tender that thinks they know EVERYTHING. Don is that one. Too busy wondering how I got my hands on strains before it was legal in MO. To then insult my lungs like I been smoking anything out here. Don't worry about all that sweetheart! I'm true to this not new to this. Good thing I placed a pick up order so I can be on my way. The store has the BEST products and cheaper than other places I have been in KC. The employees are so helpful and kind and most importantly knowledgeable! I have been multiple time and had a severe ankle/leg fracture and used the fico concentrate and it helped manage my pain. I have never waited for more than 5-10 min to go in, ID, shop, pay and leave. Literally in and out. If you haven’t been here then you are truly missing out! Five star dispensary for sure!

Terrabis KC is hands down my favorite dispensary! I love EVERYTHING about this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure I leave with what will work best for me. The prices are the best compared to other dispensaries close by. I also really like that they have such a great variety of selection. Every time I go I get to bring home something new that I haven't tried before. They have great daily specials and I love their loyalty program. When I referred someone I got extra loyalty points (I got points and the referred person got points). Today I used my loyalty points and got $50 off my order on top of today's special discount of 20% off. Who wouldn't want that? If you are in the area I would recommend checking out them out. I have been to a more than a dozen dispensaries in and around KC and Terrabis has the best deals and the best customer service. They even have a convenient drive thru if you don't have much time. When my card renewal came up I used the service they recommend which was quick, easy, and affordable. I really appreciate that Terrabis is LGBTQIA+ friendly as well. During pride month it was so awesome to see the staff wearing pride shirts and being allies to the community. It's refeshing to see inclusive and welcoming environments in the area. 10/10! I would recommend.

After a few visits I've decided to update my review.Tied for best dispensary in KC in my opinion. Denise (I believe, sorry I never asked your name) is perhaps the nicest most welcoming budtender in KC. One of the only budtenders I've met that learns what her customers like and will make good suggestions of comparable strains. Great price on flower, best in the city on flora. I wish they had a bit larger selection, but either way I've never left empty handed or disappointed. If I lived closer I probably wouldn't go anywhere else.

Are the staff leaving these reviews?!Lady up front was super nice. Flower prices are low.Unfortunately that's the only good thing I have to say.You walk into a tiny check in room, then are registered and sent to a waiting room. Then a budtender comes in with a tablet to take your order. What?? Thankfully I knew what I wanted so I didn't have to go through that experience.No samples to smell or see, absolutely nothing on display except a little glass etc. I was not informed of any loyalty program although they do have one. No first time discount or incentive; a first for me out of like 7 I've been to in Missouri. It was truly an odd experience, like I was in a black market business as opposed to a welcoming dispensary. Might be back for the drive thru in a pinch, definitely not my go-to.
