Highlite Staffing is a cannabis industry specific staffing agency that identifies and employs cannabis career enthusiasts. We also continue to build our roster of candidates with mid to upper-level experience to help them find permanent placement with our customers who have licensed facilities across the country.

Our mission is to assist our employees in jumpstarting their dream endeavors by providing them with the necessary experience to be bought out directly by the licensed facilities who employ Highlite Staffing to provide entry level assistance in their licensed marijuana establishments. Headquartered in Las Vegas, Highlite Staffing will continue to aggressively expand into other legal markets establishing ourselves as the leading national cannabis staffing agency. Regional Social Media Brand Ambassador

Summary: ($20 per hour) 20 hours per week.

Since we are serving multiple markets across the United States, we are looking to add regional Social Media Brand Ambassadors to our Team who exhibits a professional and friendly appearance and an ability to network and capture relevant industry news to share on our website and social media accounts.

Strong Social Media Marketing skills are needed to develop the company’s presence on various platforms. Experience with Facebook Live is a Plus. Experience speaking in front of groups is needed. Work can be done remotely during Covid-19 and eventual work as a Brand Ambassador in the field.

Field duties include:
At least 1 daily visit with a cannabis company in your market

Cultivate/maintain warm relationships with licensed cannabis facilities & networking groups

Promote and share our company vision

Promote our educational platform

Maintain/update hubspot, social media pages, website blog

Proactively Engage the Targeted Audience

Attend cannabis industry events we sponsor

Charity Events, Picnics, Fundraisers, etc.

Opportunities to Present at a licensed facility or industry networking event

About You

You will be the face of our company in your market – as most of our clients/customers do not ever enter our office – we are looking for an energetic, dependable and fun new team member for this position.

Experience preferred

Exceptional writing, spelling and knowledge of punctuation required.

One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. We recommend Cannabis Community College for the required state compliance & technical training (www.cannabiscommunitycollege.com) but we accept all state approved responsible vendors.

You must pass your background check (provided by a 3 rd party approved by the state), be approved for your state issued agent card (when required by the state) and Highlite Staffing must have a secured contract with a licensed facility who acknowledges that you are approved to work at their location. Depending on your market, this can take anywhere from 1 week up to several months to complete.
