Was here in February and just went back again and I must say they have gotten alot better since the first time I went in girl at the front desk was friendly and quick and the budtender (wish I could remember his name) was also super friendly and quick will definitely be coming back again

I have ordered from here twice and both times when I show up to get my order they say they don't have it. The staff was rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience so from now on I'll take my business elsewhere, nature med always had what i order and appreciated my business.

I like this place but I came in one night to get my online order which was ready for pickup . The girl working up front turned me away because I was recreational. I asked why and she said if they are really busy during the day they cut it down to Medical cards only. I asked a friend who works at the location close to Zona and they said they have never heard of that before and they don’t do it.She then cancelled my order and didn’t give me the option to get it the next day. Dispensaries are happy places, get rid of your rude employee please! I almost didn’t go back but I gave it another shot and so far so good.

Wow, very impressed. Been to most of the local shops and even ordered delivery from BesaMe in the past but first time inside today. Very impressed, friendly and easy to talk to staff both at front desk and in the back. Made the extra drive well worth the time. Gave great discounts and made sure I was more than happy with my purchase. Highly recommend! Maybe my new go to.

Went in yesterday for first time was welcomed by friendly staff. That were very knowledgeable about the products and helped me get what I was looking for since I don’t know anything about edibles.. The gentleman that helped me listened to my reason for coming in and gave me several option for both pain and also to help me sleep at night.. Great job to all the staff.. Went to 420 fest, placed an order for $155 worth of stuff, waited 3.5 hours was told there was an error on their part and that my order never went through and no money was taken from me and that it wouldn't be taken from me. 24 hours later I have insufficient funds as they stole my money from my bank account, as I never received product, and I've contacted them twice in regards and both times I get told someone will call me back that day in regards to a refund and I've heard nothing and it's been almost a week.

Use to be my favorite place to go, full of good employees. Today was the first day I recieved the worse service I've ever recieved, in the online service window by a new employee with brown hair and a bad attitude. Didn't get her name but right out of the gate, I waited 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me. When the lady arrived she informed me she didn't have an order from me even though I put it through 2 hours ago. I told her what I ordered, she gave me attitude when I told her what I wanted. Before she went back, she laughed and said my medical card expired which was false because last week I got a notification that in 60 days it would expire. I renewed it right away and paid for it, before it expired. I wanted to show her the email that it was still active. Lady refused, laughed and walked away from the window while I was speaking to her.I never been treated so bad, I will never come back due to how I was treated and the service I recieved. You guys lost a loyal customer, I rather drive to independence, that's 10-15minutes out of my way, then deal with awful service in liberty. Please moving forward, be more careful who you guys hired.

Receptionist is got to be one of the best she makes you feel so welcome doesn't talk down to you whatsoever get you all set up quickly I just loved her vibe. As for the bartenders I really enjoyed the first one I got but the one I just went to Thursday was not as friendly . Put me outside running around and calling around I got what I wanted and it was in the Liberty store love the reception if they're all so I got so lost and she helped me through for over an hour until I got to them had a very great experience there and would go back also.

I had over 7,500 points which are basically worthless.Never going back as there are plenty of other options now with better prices/same quality. I can get the same products for less elsewhere. Additionally they don’t list THC levels on their website for online purchases like other dispensaries. Nice people though.

Being brand new to using nature's medicine to alleviate some of my issues, I couldn't of had a better experience than the one I received at BesaMe Wellness in Liberty. Ron and David were both extremely helpful and patient. David spent a lot of time explaining different strains and methods for utilizing this medication and I gained a tremendous amount of new knowledge that really helped me make a more informed decision. The facility is very clean and everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I couldn't thank them enough for all their help!

One of the premiere dispensary's to shop! Only reason it's not a 5 star rating is because the webpage is hard to navigate and you hardly ever see any product percentages posted! Also all the Besame Dispensary's are not linked to each other, so if you purchase at one Besame Dispensary your purchase points don't show at another Besame Dispensary!

I had went in today and got a preroll from besame expecting to be completely satisfied. Little did I know that they're prerolls weren't stored properly and do not smoke properly at all. I called up to try to get help from them and possibly get a refund or another since the product was not correct at all they said they couldn't do anything I took the bud out of the paper and felt it the bud was very wet feeling. Only thing they wanted from me was a picture sent to there email so they could "know what to look for"
