You can tell by the way he handles his customers he is a genuinely good human being. He's is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and with absolute patience. Short lines, I was in & out. Even though my birthdate(Leapyear), wasn't in there computer they worked it out with the quickness. Staff is very friendly ,especially Nichole .. She made my day. I suffer from migraines. I went to From the Earth dispensary in Raytown, MO. It’s the place for me! The staff is great. From the nice fellow (if the Chiefs need someone on Defense..he could be it!). The two lovely girls at check in were welcoming and professional. Into the Sales Area, I was in the short line for Raven. She educated me, went over safety issues, (72 years young I am) totaled my purchase and then, the Sweetheart told me I was getting a Senior Discount! I gave her a big tip! I did not expect that, so I will be their loyal customer now! You had great staffing today - on a really busy Sunday. Clean and nice office was great! Enjoyed speaking with Manager. Great job!

I had the WORST experience at this store. I should have left a review straight away. One of the security guards at this location was the worst ! I came to this location for the first time and the security guard completely ignored me for about 5 full minutes. He didn’t say a word. When he finally decided to look up from his phone, he was so rude and disrespectful. Then, the person who checked me out did not check my cartridge. I didn’t know this was a policy and when I realized that my cartridge didn’t work, the store declined to do an exchange saying the person should’ve checked. It sucks Because i love From The Earth but may need to look else where.

This was the first Missouri dispensary I ever visited after many years living in Colorado and managing a recreational dispensary there.I was beyond pleased with the products, selection and service. The staff took time to answer all my questions and show me around extensively as I purchased a large variety of bud.When I discovered From the Earth carries product from In the Flow, I literally jumped for joy in front of the budtenders. Chemmy Jones is the absolute best of the best flower I have ever met, and I was elated to find it already in Missouri from the same company and with the same quality as the original Boulder grow.Seriously, great work with this dispensary, team. I live over an hour southeast of Raytown, but this dispensary has won me over.Highly recommend!

Awesome staff, solid product.The one criticism I have, I’ve been to dispensaries all around the country and I can confidently say it’s one of the slowest moving dispensaries I’ve ever been to. From wait time, fill time, walk out time.Seem to have staffing issues or organizational issues from a workforce management standpoint (which is alarming in itself).Literally every time I go there’s a one off they apologize for causing a huge delay in wait timeI just advise that you be aware your wait time will be 20 - 30 minutes every time. But again, it’s a good dispensary.

Love this place! Sometimes I hit up the Brookside location for the drive thru but this one is right down the street from my house. You won’t find better prices anywhere in the KC metro, believe me I’ve looked! But I have enjoyed frequenting this place because of the friendly and helpful attitude of the people there every single time, but not in a pushy or intrusive way (not sure if that makes sense but us introverts don’t always wanna chat)! For those with social anxiety, seriously make an order online to pick up and you’ll be in and out of there in minutes. If you aren’t sure what you’re looking for, trust me, the staff there will help you find something you are satisfied with.I always have a good experience here but I gotta give a shout out to Shelby, who tonight was quick to assemble my order and check me out. There’s a snow storm coming and I gotta be stocked up, ya know? But needed to get home quickly and she quickly and efficiently sent me home with the products I wanted and asked if I was interested in anything else. Grant & the security guard gave me A+ service. I was outside sitting in my car looking over your website and the security guard noticed me and it was near closing time so he came out and made sure that I was aware of the closing time. If he hadn’t done that I would have missed out. Grant was also super helpful even though it was close to closing time he still took the time to show me items I wasn’t sure about without rushing me. I may make this my go-to store.
