I’ve been to more than 10 dispensaries in Saint Louis and I’ve never been treated so bad at a dispensary! I arrived at 7:45, they close at 8pm!!! I had 3 items in my cart but forgot to check out. I’ve been here several times and never had any issues coming in at closing. The minute I walked in the security guy scowls at me and asks if I have an online order. I said no, but I told him I’ve have everything I want in my cart. He tells me they’re not allowing shopping after 7:30! There was not a single customer in the store. I asked him if I can place an online order and he tells me it won’t be fulfilled until tomorrow. I left completely disappointed! My friend was with me and he was able to place the order online! When he went back in to pick it up, the security guard was livid but he an online order, so he let him in. This WAS one of my favorite dispensaries, it’s literally 5 minutes from my house but I will NEVER shop there again. The bud tenders are always awesome, friendly and give great recommendations. I’m truly disappointed in the level of service I received there tonight.

Brett was exquisite in both his recommendations as well as professionalism. He asked poignant questions, and offered advice relative to my needs. This place has no flower and they are sold out of pre rolls often. SOME of the staff is very friendly.They already changed their menu again and I feel they're not consistent with product. I go to PROPER DISPENSARY on Waston Rd now. 100% SATISFACTION. Best products available on the market.

Trevor was so nice! I was kind of in a hurry and I accidentally placed my order at the wrong store and he did everything he could to make sure that I left happy even though they didn't have the product that I had originally ordered. I think that with his recommendation I will be even happier than what I chose in the beginning ! I'll be back for sure! And I live an hour away 🙂

Another one of my favorite shops. Budtenders are nice and personable. Always some kind of deal or discount and the rewards system is decent. Only complaint is how hard it can be sometimes to get a product repeatedly and reliably..

Had a wonderful experience!! Was greeted at the door by one of the very nice security guards who got me checked in asap!! I had an online order which got me in quickly and efficiently, I was cashed out by a gentleman named Jeremy who was very nice and helpful even though I had a couple coupons to cash in!! I cashed them in no problem and saved some money at this Dispo!! I was also told the Gentleman in the back by the name of Trevor had packed my order for me as well, wanted to send my appreciation and thanks too the back as well for having my bag packed within 5 minutes of me ordering!! I had so many items!!Definitely a fast and friendly environment, great service, everything inside looked pretty and clean. Not to mention the bud too right?? Definitely will return here to be buying more products!!

Update: I received a very apologetic call from Todd, a manager at this location. Todd made sure I knew the issue had been dealt with and that the employees have been reminded of proper closing time procedures. Todd went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and received the product I ordered with the same discount I would have gotten on my original order and even added some reward points for future use. I could tell in his voice and tone he felt truly sorry and embarrassed by the behavior of the crew that night and truly cared about making it right. I trust something like this won’t happen again to me or to other patients. To Todd I say thank you!——————Original review:Placed an online order, got to the store close to closing time but with more than enough time to grab my order and get out before it was even 8pm (closing time). No one would open the door so I called and an extremely rude man answered. When I told him the situation he simply said “we’re closed.” As I noted to him that it was not 8pm yet and it was an online order he just kept repeating “we’re closed. Doors and closed. Sorry “ and hung up on me.If you plan on closing prior to the time stated everywhere, your own doors included, then change it to 7:54 and 23 seconds.This was extremely unprofessional and a huge disappointment and even worse first impression.Not to mention I am without medication.

Jeremy was kind, attentive, quick, and accurate. I noticed the difference on my first visit to Bloc, and each time since then. Everyone I’ve met there seems to WANT to help, to make your life a bit better. The prices are good too. I had been going to 4 different dispensaries, shopping the sales. Since I found Bloc, I haven’t gone back to any of them. Their prices are always as good or better than competitors, but it’s the people who really make the difference.
