Thank you to the manager for my resolving my issue, but my experience was bad and here's exactly why:Before running a person's credit or debit card, a cashier should ALWAYS give the customer their total first. That's not what happened here. When I pulled up to the drive through, the cashier made sure to ask if I would be adding a tip for her to my card payment, yet she did not take the time to tell me my total or make any other conversation before running my card. I did not have a chance to tell her I should get 25% off for my third visit. I think it's tacky to ask about a tip before giving me any service when you could be asking if there are any discounts I'd like to apply, confirming the products I ordered, giving me my total, literally anything but the tip thing. Very off-putting. Had to go inside to resolve the issue. Thanks to the manager for fixing our order.

Great service! We also learned that if you have a defective Cart.. you can return it for an exchange -within 7 days- of your purchase. Ours was not acting right, clogging and barely putting out any smoke. They answered my call and quickly filled me in on the resolution. Very satisfied with the process. We didn't have the original recipt. OH AND... they said if you have the -original container- that the Cart came in, they would take it back.

This place sucks. Instead of being allowed in to order at the counter and check out the product before you buy it, you are instead forced to order on a tablet before going back. If I wanted to do that I would preorder and use the drive thru like any other dispensary. Also, it's pretty shady to refuse to show customers a product the is designed with a clear top for that reason(vibe flower)

I stopped in because it was conveniently right off the highway and am glad I did! The chillest vibes and everyone was incredibly friendly. My bud tender, Eric, was awesome(= He helped me catch a mistake I almost made placing my order and helped me find a grape soda disposable which by the way tastes delicious and similar to grape soda in the least overpowering way!

Today my visit was at the drive thru. I had been here 2 times previously inside. This review rating is purely based on today's visit. I gave 3 stars, because when I placed my order online and got to the store in the time specified they couldn't find my order. After showing them the order I placed on my phone, they expedited it quickly. There was some miscommunication on the price, but only because we were talking thru the glass and mechanical drawer with a terrible comm system. If they get the coms system fixed, the rating will go up. Still friendly staff, and quick, as it was the prior 2 visits inside, but a miss on the drive thru and online ordering. Also, the flower I purchased was overly dry, didn't seem very fresh. I don't know if that has to do with the shipping, or the packaging, but it was pretty stale.

I had two five star experiences on my first two visits. They have a nice loyalty program and, at least on their vapes, they seem competitively priced. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience on my third visit. I ordered a 14g bag of flower, and it must have been mislabelled. It seemed small to me so I decided to weigh it at home. It was a 7g bag that had the wrong label on it. I attempted to contact the store and left a message. However, I could not get a call back. It's possible this was the fault of Glaze. Regardless, to receive half of what you ordered at this price seems a bit violating. I don't think they are intentionally scamming customers, but I did think someone would give me a call back and make it right. Be sure to have them weigh your flower in front of you before accepting it.

Fiance and I first time going last night and wasn't disappointed! Was greeted greatly and asked how our night was going. Got helped right away and they had exactly what I was looking for. Was decent pricing and nice discount too. Was in and out pretty easily with no issues. Yes I would say the parking lot is a hassle but other than that over all great experience and we will be returning for sure!!!

I recommend opening your packages before you leave this place, You might get home and not have what's supposed to be in there. I will never return to this location there is plenty of other dispensaries around. I got a Conte cart, The bottom of the bag wasn't sealed and was missing a cartridge so now I'm out $50.

The prices are pretty high compared to many other places. The staff aren't friendly. They just want you to come in and get out. They use their fake customer service demeanor. For this place being expensive, and rude you'd expect them to have a better look for their company i.e. not just some brown paper lunch bag with no logo, or design. Presentation matters whether it's on a bag or the people. Do better. Thanks

I've been going to this location in O'Fallon since they opened and never been disappointed. I usually ask quite a few questions about the product before I make my decision on which strain I want. If budtender Mandy LeBlanc is there when you go she can help you find what you need guarantee! She has excellent knowledge on the products they have and is always very nice! My sugar wax leaked out of the container. But they gave me credit on next purchase. So they made it right. I quess it's ok but I have no clue how much leaked out. I know at least half of it that sucks at these prices to loose any and they can't check them and neither can you till you get home. Now that's not right.

I love the private experience of this place plus it has a drive thru if you are in a hurry. The staff here are knowledgeable about products and very helpful, especially if you use marijuana for pain. Great help. They get you in fast. Clean environment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a points system that gives you discounts off future buys. They have a drive through! Hell yeah! The only thing I would change is: I would have glassware with the cultivars in them so we can see, and smell something before we buy it. Some don't know what they want and would like to check stuff out first. Proper's flower don't test at the levels they say but Flora Farms and Illicit do. Good for them.

This is a GREAT place for a new patient who has just received their medical card and may be apprehensive about their first dispensary experience. It is a more clinical atmosphere than some dispensaries, definitely not as much of a "recreational" vibe.
