Wonderful store. Great people and environment. Probably the best selection of flower in Springfield. Their concentrates are also really good with a wild selection including 2 gram pucks. Lots of vapes and their in-house cloud brand is awesome!

Yesterday was my first time going to Terrabis. I got a disposable vape and preroll, had a nice first time purchase 15% discount. It saved me $13 (not bad). The discount goes to 20% on your 2nd purchase and I believe the manager said 25% for your 3rd purchase. The place is small but has a nice environment. There's a hallway you walk down with neat art work on the walls. The staff is very friendly and make great conversation. I had an issue signing up for the rewards program and the manger was crazy awesome about being helpful and making sure I got my points. The customer service is some of the best customer service I've ever had. After leaving and trying out my vape it started acting up and not working, I called to let Terrabis know what was going and the lady I spoke with with was really nice and told me to come in and get it exchanged. However I wouldn't make it before they closed so I came in this morning and the manager who helped me yesterday, helped me again today. He's awesome, I wish I would of have gotten his name, real stand up, friendly guy. He got my issue taken care of, apologized (even though he didn't need to), and even opened the door for me when all was said and done. This is definitely a place you want to go, i highly recommend Terrabis to all smokers.

Been coming here off and on for 6+ months and we will never go back again. Just picked up a jar of Bruce banner. They lied about its potency. It was off 7 percent and they do this on every jar we ever purchased. Extremely poor quality. Dry and harsh. Not a good experience.

Not the employees fault but the weed isn’t that good it claims all indoor but most is sun grown or just trash. Only 4 bands worth buying proper,sinse, amaze and sometimes vibe. This two times though even vibe had trash from there. Attached is what I bought recently 68$ before points and it taste like hay. Be aware of quality.

Been a regular customer of Terrabis for awhile now due to their wide variety and regular sales they run. I recently pre ordered a 180$ order because they were running a site wide 20% off. Before i left the house i got back online to add something else to stock up and noticed the sale was gone?? I called before i left and they told me it was a glitch and wouldn't honor the deal, which was irritating enough but at least I didn't leave the house yet! What got me fired up the most though was hearing one of the employees in the background say "he should have known better anyways. If it looks to good to be true it probably is." Listen, i run a painting business. The last thing i would ever do if I accidently wrote a bid wrong is offload the problem onto the customer saying ya you shoulda known better anyways. Known better?! 20% off overly inflated weed to bring its value down to what is should actually cost, sorry guess its my fault!

Hands down the best in town. Or at least out of the many I've tried. Key fob fell off my key ring locked it in the car. Immediately the security guard, who is very professional and super friendly, came out to help. Customers, staff all helped. Two days later some goof took my tire and rim left my car on blocks. Kinda shady. Charges me 22.82 on line but when I go to pick up my order it's 23. That's an 18 cent difference.Or my mother in law was shorted a half and had to go back and dispute it.Imagine how much money they're already making off of us. Then to top it off, imagine if they're rounding up to the nearest dollar on every cash order. Hope it's at least going to a worthy cause.

I loved this place when I first started going here... I started going here around February. The workers were friendly and the buds were actually good! Recently though... I made a purchase last week, and another last month and the high quality is gone! I can't believe the price is costs now! I honestly got nothing from my experience these last 2 times I bought stuff here and smoked it and literally hours later I still felt nothing. I smoke mostly for back pain and really bad anxiety and depression..... I feel like the workers are becoming more snobby and the buds seem more like the fake CBD stuff then the real stuff. The buds are usually full of seeds now, weak, no color, and the cost is not worth it anymore even with the discounts! The cost is so high anyways discounts don't seem to help anymore. I will only come back here if I'm desperate and/or don't have anywhere else to go. 🫤

When they first opened all of there flower was top quality flower, seedless, and amazing. Prices were and remained the best in town. Then soon as cannabis went legal, you guys raised your prices to well over $70/quarter.....now everytime I buy flower from here it's FULL OF SEEDS and way way way overpriced. If your gonna hike your prices to jump on the gouging train, at least make sure the flower is top quality. Super disappointing.

I have been going here for about a year and was really happy with most aspects of the business…the lady who used to be at the front desk even remembered my name. She’s not there anymore. Since recreational became available, prices went up —on MEDICAL—and they’re always out of the things I like. Very disappointed. It was my understanding that it would be worth it to renew my med card because medical would be cheaper and stronger. Not true. Because of the price increases, even with the lower tax on med, it’s still more than before Rec started. I won’t go there anymore unless I’m desperate. Sorry Terrabis but you’ve lost me.

Stalking up on medicine sometimes once or twice a week for the past year, come April.The staff has always been personable and attentive when it comes to giving the one on one experience to the patient.I love getting to know the staff as well as finding the medicine that best fits my needs. Sold indica strains as pure sativa & when called on it, refused to refund & then attempts to gaslight us into thinking it’s all the same stuff once in the cart per the owner. "Strains don’t matter once in the cart, its all the same once its distillate" they said per the owner.So as you can see, the owner & employees are as knowledgeable as my minister great grandma, little to none. But to be ignorant is one thing, to try & deceive an unhappy customer is another & bad business. They’ve lost mine & all my friends & families' business from here on out, which was considerable. There are plenty of other dispensaries that are not only more knowledgeable and honest but also cheaper.

I went there early Sept and grabbed 2 carts. First worked out great and lasted a long time, 2nd worked a few pulls and tasted amazing but wouldn't fire after a few. Well, I took it back and was past time for taking back and instead of just turning me away he gave me credits essentially upgrading me to a half gram live cart when they technically had no legal obligation to do so. So I have nothing but love for the staff and small local shop. Great vibes and can do attitude! Would absolutely recommend this place. Ty guys!

I ended up wasting a lot of time there because after all of the running back and forth to see what the right product was and if any was available, I ended up leaving empty handed.It's a very small facility and so you order off their menu instead of being able to peruse their wares.

I am new to the medical marijuana and I swear by it now. I was literally killing myself with pain medications for a knee that needs to be replaced. I can now walk again and I'm not hurting non stop anymore and I have my medication through a nightly cookie so that I'm not weirdly effected. I get amazing benefits and swear by this now. Also the employees are amazing! They are very helpful to new patients who have lots of silly questions. I am now a loyal customer of Terrabis! I have been told by others that other dispensaries have very rude associates and you won't find anyone who isn't pleasant and helpful at Terrabis.
