Love the place very friendly just please update your google opening hours sundays are always wrong it says on google u... open at 10 but on the door it says noon. It just sucks. I’ve drove a couple times and you guys weren’t open so I had to go out of my way to go twice as far like I said it’s a Great store. Was just there for the first time. It's a nice store, nice people, but they didn't have in stock what I drove 50 mins... to get after seeing it online. Not a good first impression. If products are running low or out they should update the online page.read more

Valley is the cheapest and best for discounts if you are low income they have the best quality buds the best price on... concentrate hands down you are a fool if you go anywhere else for your buds or your concentrate a fool if you like spending more money go somewhere else I guess but if you like saving money go to the valley they will treat you right on price and courtesy.read more

Instantly my favorite place around. Unfortunately they're not open as late as some of the other guys but that won't... cost them a star because their prices smoke everybody else and sometimes for the exact same product. By that I mean they are about HALF the price. I have actually been there before where the Bloc up the street had $50 on the exact same thing that The Valley had for $24. Plus they're local as opposed to a large chain. Somehow they still managed to beat out the big guys. Plus there's always some kind of customer appreciation day or free shirt or something they're doing every now and again.read more

If you’re looking for a locally owned dispensary and one that takes care of its community, this is the place.The... valley is owned by a great family that’s well known in the Farmington area. They’re a local startup and not a part of a national chain. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Their selection is always growing and they’re adding new stuff weekly. I used to really like this place. They were always friendly and knew what we were there for. However, yesterday my... husband and I realized that they weren't actually applying his veterans discount to his total. It appears on the receipt but is not actually applied to the price. When I called to explain it they were happy to help. Told us to come on in. We went in and spoke to the owners son. He immediately became defensive and would not let us speak. While I was trying to show him the math and explain it he ripped the receipt out of my hand and started getting aggressive. He then began yelling at us and even though we weren't being loud with him he kept screaming at my husband to either calm down or get out! At this point he physically pushed my husband in the shoulder and shoved him back. He again started yelling at us to leave. My husband told him not to put hands on him but he again put his finger into my husband's shoulder. How are you going to disrespect someone who isn't even being aggressive with you? He then refused to give us back our receipts and disappeared into the back of the building. When I went back in to get the receipts from him he came out and spoke to me like I was an idiot and then started screaming again! Excuse me? You're in the wrong here. Not me. I am quite capable of doing math and I assure you that I would not have wasted either of our time if I was not entirely sure that you were scamming us out of hundreds of dollars!! So, charges were filed for assault and we are seeking help for the money that they have been stealing from us. If you are supposed to get a "discount" check your receipt! It's not being applied to the total!read more

Customer service is usually great but selection on products is often very limited.That being said, they don't offer... any discount for weight, prices are high on everything but edibles, which in Missouri will mess up your allotment if you require higher dosing...Also, don't bother asking about discounts, if you're lucky you'll get a simple sorry or if you have any loyalty rewards, but don't be surprised if they also just shrug and say "then don't buy it."I really want to like this place as two of the budtenders are so nice and helpful (two are certified a-holes), but the price gouging is just too much. $60 is already high for an eighth, but $480 for an oz that costs $200-250 30 miles north is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to factor in gas and travel to get my medicine, but until the prices become realistic I might just have to find a new supplier.read more

Was the first local dispensary to open and at first offered rewards/discounts. Later informed they could no longer... promote the discounts nor provide rewards for purchases made. Throughout the year I received one reward for all the money spent. We now have a second dispensary in the area, they promote their discounts and also provide rewards for your purchases.read more

I prefer the valley over any dispensary around this area. They are there for their patients not to make a sale. The... people that work there are so wonderful and very educated about the product they have. Very helpful in choosing what works best for you. The process is quick and easy. The rewards program is very simple and you don't need your phone everytime to collect your points. They also take debit cards unlike some places that only except cash!! If you prefer a intimate interaction with very knowledgeable people who have your best interest as the patient PLEASE PLEASE go see the wonderful crew at the valley!!!read more

My wife decided to visit The Valley last night. She went in with the expectation that there wouldn't be much of a... selection and that it would be kind of just the same as the other SEMO and STL area dispensaries. She was right about the slim selection. Only two choices and a few other pre rolls. She then came out with a huge smile on her face and I could tell she had a great experience. The selection, while slim, is wonderful. The strain she tried was beautifully cultivated and was some of the most quality cannabis she's had. My wife also felt like the individuals she spoke with truly cared about helping people get the relief they need.They haven't even had a grand opening yet so I'm sure the selection will grow but, even if it didn't, having QUALITY cannabis that is fresh and also potent is MUCH more important than having a ton of flower that is so dry but looks nice and has a cool name. Idk maybe that's just me. My opinion is that The Valley is a wonderful LOCAL business that should be supported by everybody.read more

Great store. Very professional and a pretty good selection for Missouri dispensaries.I personally got a pre-roll,... flower, and two packs of gummies. It was all good and worth it. Not expensive at all compared to other places I have been. That being said, be ready to bring cash because it will still cost you.
